Integrity Garage Door Repair, is the BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE MADE SINCE BUYING MY HOME. I had a new…read moregarage door system "installed" in March of 2025.... not only did they completely CON me with the pricing. MY DOOR HAS BROKEN 6 times since April! TODAY IS LUCKY NUMBER 7! If I'm lucky enough to get them to answer the phone; oh that's another thing after they rob you blind, then screen your calls and do not pick up. I have paid $4,000!!!! FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! to them and I don't even have a new garage door, the door is the old door from1998! They are coming again supposedly today and guess what they are going to tell me... I need a new door. I have spent enough money to have two garage doors with two new systems installed. I have a warranty 3 for parts and service, I'm charged every time they come here... At this point, I am calling an Attorney as well as the Better Business Bureau. I do not want to see anyone go through what I have. I was taken advantage of after my wife just passed away by this company. Please if you hear Integrity Garage Door, if any of your friends or family mentioning a Garage Door company STAY FAR AWAY FROM INTEGRITY GARAGE DOOR REPAIR. They are con artist, and very much need to change your name! I would recommend 100% Limoge and son's fantastic people that do fantastic work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My garage door overhead cable snapped…read moreFriday evening after parking my car in my garage. After several failed attempts to manually open the garage door to get my car out, I went into panic mode. Seeing that Overhead Door Co (the company I have always used) was closed and would not open until Monday morning, I just cut my losses for the weekend. On Saturday, I was out with a friend and happened to pass by Limoge & Sons. After a quick google search I saw they offered 24/7 emergency services. I gave them a call and the dispatcher couldn't have been any nicer, she got my number and told me a technician would be in touch with me. Within minutes a technician, who also couldn't have been nicer, gave me a call and went over all of my options: said someone could absolutely come over the weekend and quoted me an emergency service visit, he also offered for someone to come on Monday and quoted me a regular visit (both options seemed very financially feasible, in my opinion). I opted to wait until Monday-- yet another friendly employee called around 11am to see if it was a good time to come, got here around 11:20, assessed and explained the issue, fixed the problem and was done within 20 minutes. I am so impressed with how friendly everyone I dealt with was, how speedy the service was, and how inexpensive everything was. Also provided a wonderful opportunity to support a local business! If I ever have another issue with my garage door Limoge & Sons will be the first call I make-- I will also be quick to recommend them to others. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

While communication and responsiveness were good, the quality of the repair work itself was…read moredisappointing. The initial service required multiple follow-up visits because issues were not properly addressed the first time (left engine chain hanging), suggesting weak quality control from the team performing the work. Based on my experience, they may be better suited for installing entirely new systems rather than repairing or modifying existing ones, as the technicians who completed the work did not deliver the same level of quality as the customer communication.
