Mrs. Lydon is one heck of an agent. It has been 19 years since I have sold a home. Lots has changed since then, but Beverly jumped in well prepared. She listened initially over the phone, we set a date for her to visit and everything else was easier than I expected. She's personable, with just the right amount of business acumen that is not "pushy" and just a good listener. She presented the company binder, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Troth Realtors, Inc. and ready, after just one phone call, with a "Estimated Sellers Net sheet". I knew what I wanted, but there is so much more to that concept when the seller knows nothing about selling and buying. She formulated the plan, she helped me understand the realities of the market and the state of things as they actually existed. Explaining each requirement a seller must accept under California's guidelines, than adding what the buyer wants was a learning experience, and mix in HOA's and you have a "can of worms". Her efficiency in knowing all the "ins & outs, made selling my home a success. Having said all this, I ended up with what I wanted plus a little more, of course I have to say that I too was a good client. I listened to her, she made it easy to achieve, with little effort, my desired results. Troth Realtor's can be sure, she is a shining example in her representation, in acquiring clients and adding another listing/sale to the trove. Thank-you Beverly, I haven't had a chance to say that and then this email appeared and saved me, in what appear to me as being impolite for not reaching out. Really, you knew what I was dealing with in my new location, which was corrected this very week. I will always pass your name around, to anyone that thinks it's easy to sell a home on their own, just to forgo the commission, which would have been a bad idea in my case. read more
