My Audi Q5 was severely hit. Beverly CoachCraft was highly recommended. I contacted Beverly CoachCraft, they picked up my car and took it to their facility. The written estimate for repairs was completed in 24 hours. Then they immediately started working with the insurance carrier. Within a matter of days, Everything started coming together. The cleanliness of the facility was immaculate. The staff were friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Brian Urban was my representative. Brian communicated perfectly, I was always aware of where my vehicle was in the process. Brian also educated me on how the process works. Brian's advice was spot on and the final results were better than I could have ever expected. I will always recommend Beverly CoachCraft, and if ever I'm in the need of a body shop, they will be my first call. read more

I had someone back up into my Toyota rav4 pretty hard. They handled talking with the insurance, talking directly to Toyota to fix the sensors and really went above and beyond. Very nice staff even helped take me over to the rental at Midway car rental which was also a great service. When I got my car back it was shiny and new inside and out (thank you to whoever had to deal with my messy car ) my car hasn't looked this good since I bought it lol read more

BEWARE PRICE GOUGING My bicycle made a quarter size dent on a chauffeured Mercedes. After exchanging insurance information, the driver said he would get an estimate from Beverly Coachcraft since they've been going there for 30 years. The $7400 estimate was declined by my insurance company. Crown Coachworks estimated the repair cost to be $800. Yes, I screwed up letting by carelessly letting my bicycle fall on a luxury car, but come on...the penalty is disproportionate to the crime. A minor dent like this would be considered normal wear and tear upon vehicle lease return. read more

Beverly Coachcraft for the win! Brought our early 90s Porsche in for some dent repair and general freshening up. Some work was covered by insurance and some was additional work we wanted done at the same time, paid for out-of-pocket. Just got the car back and we are so pleased. The prices is quoted were the prices at the end. Loads of updates during the process, they kept us info'd and in the loop. Good work, good communication, and good people. read more

Was taken care of incredibly well when I took my EQS here for a repair. They sorted out the rental car, paperwork and handled all communications with the insurance company of the person who ran into my car. Repair was flawless and they also made sure to calibrate all the new sensors at Merceds Benz. Everyone I talked to over the phone and in person at Beverly Coachcraft was super helpful and always had the answers I needed. read more

My main experience comes from the quality and care of the only Mercedes-Benz certified shop I trust from first hand experience for well over 15 years but also that they have shown same top notch quality and attention to detail for other brands. I trust no other body shop with my personal vehicles and only will refer loved ones and relatives to these guys until they prove to me that there could possibly be a better option in the greater los angeles area than Beverly coahcraft. This is my second time coming to Beverly Coach Craft and they never let me down! I brought my car in after being side swiped, Rueben was attentive and made sure to communicate all the steps as they were happening. I never had to worry about what was happening or a turn around time, they made sure everything was done in a timely manner. There was minor damage to my window when picking up the car and Rueben immediately ensured we get it fixed under repair warranty. I brought my BMW in that had damage from a gate closing on it. I was immediately greeted, the car assessed, and treated so respectfully. They did an amazing job buffing the paint and touching up areas that were affected - and at NO CHARGE to me!!! I am so appreciative of everyone there! Rear end on Tesla, other party had insurance. Paris Wright and Linda in the office helped me with my situation and kept me informed throughout the process. Brian who checked my car in at the beginning and took many pictures mentioned that some other issues on my exterior would be remedied with the detail process they provide at the end. Oh my gosh, my 2017 Tesla Model X looks brand new. A stain in the windshield was removed that I had tried everything under the sun. And whallla they did it. Rear end stickers were removed for carpool lane but they saved them for me. They actually have expired so won't be placing them back on. Knew this was a great auto body shop as 5 years ago had my AMG G63 wagon painted and it came out great. read more

Picked up a car here. They literally took the entire car apart and didn't put any of it back. When I asked if they will put it back in the car so it could be towed.. he literally stated "it's not our problem". Will most likely file a BBB against them as well. Ridiculous how some crap people become owners. Even paid them over $6,000. Oh and I should say first they tried to give me a Tesla instead of the Mercedes Maybach... wrong car buddy!!! read more

If you love your car and it gets damaged, bring it here for repairs. I've brought my car to other body shops and I usually don't get the detailed service and care that you think should be delivered. What they do here is truly a craft. Bryan is the owner and Junior is the manager. They are true professionals. I am really excited they are completing BMW certification so this will be a great place to bring your BMW and M cars. I have an e92 M3 and she was hurt. Linda took my call and was very friendly and helpful. I brought my car in and from there Bryan and Junior took the best care of me and my M3. I am very particular of my car and the repairs and the attention to detail was on point. They use OEM parts as all shops should but don't. Needless to say my car was looking back to factory standards from top to bottom. Their work is so clean and detailed. Their passion for their craft shows in the end. No short cuts, no cutting corners, no BS. I hope my car doesn't need anything else, but if it does, it's coming back here. Why worry and be unhappy about the finished product. You can trust this team. I do. read more

Originally selected this luxury body shop because of its high ratings, and everything was off to a great start upon arrival and til dropoff of my vehicle. I decided to have them order the parts to my Tesla before I dropped it off in order to minimize the time without my car. Once they recieved all the parts I dropped it off and it ended up taking over a month to finish the repairs! The worst part was the serious lack of communication. I called several times without a response from my representative. The quality of repair and care for my vehicle saved this review, but the lack of communication and time it took almost ruined my experience. read more

Beverly Coach Craft is the #1 body shop for Mercedes! They top the charts on both flawless repairs and excellent customer service. They went above and beyond this week for me after I backed up over a cement parking stopper with my front bumper. I was sure I'd need a new bumper but they were able to reattach it with a bracket - in just 20 minutes and for FREE (thank you, Paris!). They've done excellent work on my cars over the years and the only shop I call when I need repairs! read more

Brian and crew went above and beyond to get my Mercedes SUV back to its pristine state after my accident. Brian was such a good liaison between us and our insurance company. I have started recommending this business to my friends. We are beyond pleased with our experience. And so happy to be driving our beautiful car again. read more

Do not take your car to this shop after an accident. They gave my daughter an estimate for $9,000 and my daughter told them to proceed with the work. My insurance company said to transfer her car to one of their approved shops. The owner lied to my daughter and the insurance company and said he had already taken the car apart and started fixing it. My insurance company does virtual inspections, but he insisted on an in-person inspection which caused a 4-day delay; then he was sick for three days, all the while charging a whopping $400 per day for storage fees. He called my daughter and told her to get it drivable, would cost $15,000. The car was never fixed, and he held her car hostage for $15,000, most of which was storage fees. He demanded a cashier's check or EFT for the balance due. My daughter got in the car once it was towed home and it was driveable! Steer clear of this shop! read more

DO NOT COME HERE! The worst customer service I've ever encountered. My vehicle (c300) was held hostage there for four months and when I received the car at needed a new battery. Which the shop denied being their fault. If there's one thing I can say is stand very clear of this shop! read more

This is my second, updated review on Beverly Coachcraft in West LA. I have brought my car in two times since my last review over two years ago which also got 5 stars. I just want to say that they are still great! Both times, Junior helped me. He's amazing! Junior was very professional, friendly (with a great smile!), and helpful. He knew exactly how to fix my car both times and my car looked great! They do quality work. This is an honest business. I recommend Beverly Coachcraft to my friends and anyone who is looking for a good, honest body shop. Thank you, Junior! read more

My 2006 E350 was damaged in an accident on the 405 when a guy lane changed into me, impacting the rear quarter panel and door on the right side. I was referred to Beverly by Armound Loukasians at WI Simonson in Santa Monica, who services my car. He recommended them highly for quality of work. Beverly specializes in Mercedes Benz, BMW, and other high end vehicles. The day after the accident, I took the car in for an estimate and was promptly taken care of by Tom, who did thorough job of assessing the damage and estimating repairs. After waiting over 4 weeks for settlement of the claim from the other guys insurance, Anchor General, I received a low ball offer which was less than half of Tom's estimate. I took the car into Beverly and they handled the rest, negotiating with the insurance and obtaining the necessary supplements to complete the work properly. My car has been restored to original condition. I am very pleased with the service and quality of work. Highly Recommended! read more

Beverly Coachcraft is the only place to take a luxury car to be repaired. they are honorable, quicker than most places and very good at locating parts. the will fix your car correctly. You only see the best cars in LA there and I saw lots of MBZ and Teslas, but they work on all sorts of other luxury brands . I will only take my car to this place because they have a stellar reputation and lived up to it!
