We had a horrible customer experience at the property across the street that only illuminated our appreciation for Nichole and The Sawyer at Providence Farms. Over the 12 months as a tenant, there was homeless sleeping on the property between the walls and the bushes, reported to staff, they knew it, did nothing. Gates were continually broken and now they have been removed, kids from nearby QT walk into the property at night and vandalize cars (happened twice), over 20 emails from management warning tenants to stop smoking on property, however their own maintenance manager smoked behind the pump house in his golf cart hiding, the staff knew but did nothing, the property has many, many smokers, so do not believe the marketing that it is a smoke-free property, there never is a consequence and everyone knew it, just ask the guys with cigars around the shared fire pit that don't care what you say. This is the most expensive property in the area, which is fine if you receive all the features and not just marketing hype and lax enforcement. Ask them how many time the rooftop, the game are and the pool have to be closed due to over zealous partiers not taking care of the spaces. The pool was often overcrowded as anyone in walking distance can walk in, the fob access is just eye candy. Do not live here for the amenties, or safety, or if you are looking for a smoke free environment.

I understand you are paying for location, amenities, etc. However, the amount we are paying for a 1 bedroom plus a garage is a little bit extreme. When we renewed the lease, it would've been cheaper to move into a different apartment on location than renew because of increase. However, we did call and they worked with us a little bit. Sometimes there are charges on our account that are mysterious so make sure to pay attention and really look over your rent before you pay it.

Curtains, a white paper towel and a rope as if they were trying to send a racist message. The balconies (depending on where you live) are very close together and if you are at the end of your balcony taking pics or recording and your neighbor has their blinds open, they will get upset with you even though you ain't paying them no mind. Smh.. If I was considerate of my neighbors, I would just close my blinds. After all... that's why we have them. Unfortunately, some people are just mean and racist. They also called and complained about noise once from my apartment. We were out on the balcony that night, 3 people using our "outside voices". The office staff is never the same. So many people have come and gone which makes it very disheartening to go in there at times and most of them have not been very polite. Ben is the only consistent and polite person that I have encountered that makes this place feel like HOME. The concierge has always been very pleasant and helpful and always makes it feel like HOME. I've had a few maintenance issues, but they were all resolved. I'm not a complainer and I understand with an apartment community, things will break and need fixing, you may hear neighbors if the walls are thin or you're out on your balcony and since it's uptown Charlotte "NOISE" is inevitable. So; overall the Vue is a great place to live other than occasional mean neighbors or mean front office staff.

We had or Easter here and the space had a nice kitchenette area and a great indoor space with tvs. You could open up the doors to the outdoor patio and have indoor outdoor space which was really nice too!! I was very impressed. Only downside with this location is the parking. You can park in the garage but the spaces are so tiny!!

Instead of a meeting, I received a phone call from Richard, during which he had Chianne on speaker phone. During the call, I attempted to express my concerns, but I quickly felt that the tone and comments directed toward me were unprofessional and inappropriate. I was particularly offended by the claim that I had never requested a move-out walk-through, which is not accurate. The conversation became confrontational, and I felt personally attacked by both Richard and Chianne. Due to the nature of the call and the way I was spoken to, I made it clear that I found the conversation inappropriate and unprofessional, and I chose to end the call. I am now requesting a call from Greystar upper Management for The Mint 425 to resolve the matter respectfully and professionally. Please let me know a suitable time to speak. The floors lack what seems to be proper insulation and are topped with laminate which is notorious for amplifying noise. Fortunately, I live on the top floor of my building so I don't experience it like my downstairs neighbor does. I have a small cat that occasionally runs around chasing toys and my neighbor described the sound to be like 3+ people running above them. I have done the due diligence to purchase a wool runner in hopes that it helps pad the noise in the hall, but at the end of the day, it's a building problem. Unfortunately, this has caused them to knock on my door expressing that I have been loud since they moved in. I can't imagine what living here would be like if your upstairs neighbor has guests over, have a family with kids, or have dogs.

We moved in closer to cold weather but we did get to enjoy the gorgeous pool they have! We have two fur babies that we treasure so much and they have been so sweet to them! They have a Per Spa which offers a huge tub (one of our babies is 100 lbs!) and shampoo/treats etc! Makes our lives so much easier. Numerous residents have been displaced to other units, construction noise is disruptive, windows are boarded up, constant dust and debris, random people walking around. No rent reductions or discounts for amenities we can't use. Worse off, I started noticing money was going missing from my wallet so I set up a webcam and caught the construction company's grounds keeper breaking and entering to steal my money. Caught in 4k. The manager left me on read for 2 weeks, not offering any solutions or concessions. I put up flyers to get more information and multiple residents reached out saying they had cash go missing as well. They even contacted the office with no investigations or solutions. No security upgrades after these incidents. AVOID
