There were three people working in the store and two of them were at the sales counter. Not once while I was in their store did anyone ask me if I needed any assistance. I was searching for a specific Scotch and did not realize that behind the counter they also had another section of scotch. So one would say the store has plenty of inventory, but not necessarily organized the way one could find it easily.

I recently revisited this location under its new ownership, and the difference is night and day. They are truly changing the game. The IPA selection is world-class, featuring everything from fresh, local hazy cans to hard-to-find West Coast doubles. It's clear the new team has a curated eye for quality and freshness. What really set the experience apart, though, was the service. The person working was incredibly pleasant and accommodating, helping me navigate the new arrivals and ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. It's rare to find that level of genuine hospitality and product knowledge combined. If you're a craft beer enthusiast or just passing through town, do yourself a favor and stop in. The new era of this store is polished, professional, and easily one of the best spots I've found on the road. I'll definitely be making this a permanent stop on my travel circuit!

It's cool there's a growler station here, though I haven't seen anything posted that's a must-have yet (after monitoring on Facebook for 3 months), they have some interesting options, but not many limited or rare releases. I appreciate the fact that they update their Facebook with new arrivals, though I'd prefer an up-to-date BeerMenu's list, but the fact is the selection just isn't quite up to snuff. Not a terrible selection by any means though. You can scroll through Facebook and see they do get some really good stuff in, the thing is you can get most of these in lots of other places on the island as well.
