Twee verkoopmedewerkers adviseerden me echter wanten van €65 euro, met binnenin tóch handschoenen. Binnen drie uur was ik terug in de winkel omdat de wanten niet deden wat de verkopers beloofden. Toen probeerde de verkoper mij een volgende upgrade naar weer een andere prijsklasse. Daar ben ik niet op ingegaan. In plaats van geld terug wilde de verkoper alleen een tegoedbon geven. Ik baal hier enorm van, voel me misleid en heb nu een 'voucher' waar ik niks mee kan; kortom €65 kwijt en nooit meer terug naar de winkel. Ik had er anders in de toekomst nog wel eens een jas gekocht. Volgende keer weer online bestellen voor betere voorwaarden.

I found two pairs I was interested in and nobody came up to me until I was obviously done searching. The woman I worked with was so helpful and helped me understand my size in relation to U.S. sizes and how much room there should be. I really needed these shoes (for walking around in winter), so I asked if I could wear them out. I needed insoles as well, so she went ahead and cut them out and put them in the shoe for me to wear out of the store! It was all very smooth and will definitely go back when I need something else! The only problem was that afterwards one of the straps contained an additional feature: a used chewing gum (thank you a******). It was well-incorporated and made the ice spray useless. So I went to the North Face store hoping that I could buy a spare pair of straps. I've been here before and I like the friendly, relaxed staff. I explained the situation to the girl at the counter and she went to check their stock of spare parts. She quickly found a set and handed it to me. When I asked for the price she said it was for free. In the case of The North Face I now know that the price contains a fair warranty (I didn't have to show the sales receipt).

They have stuff to suit any budget, including the very low ones, while maintaining the quality of the goods! The prices are very decent if not cheap for their so called "Blauw Product" labelled stuff, which essentially means that it's super cheap, and they have a wide array of products. For example, I bought a super thin fleece long sleeve for but €7.45! The stitching is of great quality and it doesn't fit baggy like a mass produced one-size-fits-all piece of clothing.
