I called their Customer Care center but they couldn't help me either. I wrote to their corporate offices and they didn't even bother to respond to my letter. I will no longer do any shopping at Kohl's especially after having my concerns dismissed by their store manager in Huntersville and the failure of corporate to respond to my letter.

The staff there is very friendly and the store is so well stocked. The prices are very fair compared to other boutique style stores, but I'd say the Village Store has the biggest selection of home and gift items in the Lake area.
