Ken is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable attorneys I have EVER met, no joke. I was a property…read moremanager for a private party who after almost 13 years decided they no longer needed someone to manage their investment. They didn't offer me any kind of severance, nothing, other than some sort of agreement they really wanted me to sign, which I didn't -- told them I needed time to look it over, THANK GOD I did! Anyone with half a brain would find that suspicious, you just told me you don't need me anymore and now you want me to sign a work agreement after all these years??? It's funny how people's character or lack there of will always be their demise. So, I started to do some investigating through some good ole basic Google research. I found out that I was not being fairly compensated as a manager according to the compensation guidelines in CA. I called a bunch of people from Apartment Associations to the city to several attorneys who handle employment law. Unfortunately, MOST of those law firms had NO clue about on-site property manager rights etc. Just with the few hours I spent on Google it was clear I knew more about the subject that they did. I kept digging, I am not the type to give up easily, especially after all I had learned about my rights. I decided to Google "Apartment Manager attorney" and BOOM Ken's office came up. I sent him an email and the next morning my phone rings and it's Ken! After speaking, he said he felt I had a good case, we met and the rest is history!! We settled out of court in just a few short weeks. He got me exactly what I wanted and then some. He is VERY honorable, I couldn't believe it. He did something I don't know many other attorneys would do -- I was dumbfounded. I can't say what it is because I don't want others to then expect the same thing, but this guy is a class act! If you're an apartment manager and think you are being taken advantage of or have been fired unjustly, send Ken an email or call his office, and see if you have a case. Thanks again Ken for helping so many people and for being so friggin' AWESOME!

Get the attorneys that treat you like a beloved family member…read more I was in a rear-end accident and was hesitant to reach out to a lawyer. A family member recommended that I call Harmoush & Rashedi Law Group to be safe. That was the best advice I was ever given! Samy handled my case right away and with the upmost concern. During our first conversation, I explained to him the details of the car accident and told him of my medical history, as well as my pre-existing condition. By our second conversation, Samy had already researched my condition & knew the symptoms & how it might affect the case due to my memory & speech issues. My condition affects my memory and ability to communicate clearly, but Samy was VERY patient & very honest and by far exceeded my expectations. Samy explained everything to me, several times, in detail & in different ways so that I would remember & understand. Boy, how I wish my OWN doctor was like Samy by listening AND understanding everything I was trying to convey! As we were nearing the closing of the 1st case, I was rear-ended a 2nd time! That made BOTH cases VERY complex. Yet with Samy's expertise he was able to guide me through the whole confusing process without any issues. Samy was very communicative and would even reply to me during weekends or late evenings. Not only was he communicative with me, he was also communicative with my son. That means Samy had a whole different set of questions coming from my son. Never once did Samy complain or even express frustration keeping my son in the loop. In fact, Samy said he preferred my son be in the loop so that my son could help me if needed. Samy's sense of family is very strong and I am so grateful for his respect of family. I felt like a family member more than a client and still do! I have called him for a little advice and he always steers me in the right direction. When we did virtual mediations and depositions, Samy took extra time beforehand to walk me through how to use Zoom. I'm very technically challenged so it took some time for me to get it right. But Samy never got frustrated and even made it fun. Overall, H&R Law Group is great at communication, and they are truly concerned about the well-being of their clients. They strive to make the process of your case as easy and stress-free as possible. Their understanding and ability to explain the legal process to a "regular person" is exceptional. Samy is a wonderful person and a darn great lawyer too! My son and I will be forever grateful for Samy and his firm for helping us settle my case for a great amount.
