I cannot thank the team enough for their incredible support during a very stressful time. After my accident, I was overwhelmed, but they stepped in and handled everything with the utmost professionalism and care. A very special thank you to Mayra Martinez. She was absolutely amazing throughout the closing process. Mayra was incredibly communicative, always kept me updated on my case, and took the time to answer every single question I had with patience and clarity. Her dedication and hard work truly made all the difference, and I felt completely supported every step of the way. read more

Please disregard these reviews. This law firm is the epitome of unprofessionalism. They are currently soliciting reviews from employees and acquaintances. This firm has the highest turnover rate among its staff. The Human Resources Manager left after just two weeks. The current Human Resources Manager is both a case worker and a manager. This firm is attempting to practice employment law but lacks a proper understanding of it. Jubin, the Office Manager, oversees the Associates but has not even passed the bar exam. I strongly advise you to steer clear of this firm. read more

Stay away at all costs. This is the sleeziest, laziest, scummiest law firm in LA, maybe the entire country. In over one year, my "case manager" changed 4 times. I was never notified, never contacted, never made aware. My emails and calls would go ignored for weeks at a time unless I physically walked into their office demanding answers. I would always get the run around regarding my case and why my new case manager didn't contact me or why I was never contacted about the change at all. I finished medical treatments and wanted to pursue my settlement. The case managers kept pressuring me into continuing more invasive medical treatments although I profusely refused over and over again. I guess they weren't happy with that because they made no effort to counter or negotiate with the opposing party's insurance to settle at a fair amount. Finally after the last time of being ghosted for almost a month, I found a new law firm and immediately switched. My new law firm settled in a month. And they also informed me Sedaghat is one of the only firms charging 38% fees while the rest charge no more than 35% while the customary charge is 33%. What a joke. Greedy slimy disgusting law firm read more

Top notch firm , I had a great experience from the beginning , they kept me informed thru the whole process and I was very pleased with my settlement. Thank you so much read more

Surprised at some of these reviews. Had a wonderful experience with this law firm. My case manager kept me in the loop all the time. I would definitely recommend.. read more

I was really skeptical at first because the original law group I was working with was on the case for MONTHS and couldn't even get any progress! The case was passed to Sedaghat and within a month or so my case is being settled! Mayra is absolutely great at what she does! Very transparent and intelligent and that's what made me have confidence in her and knew I was with the right law firm! Thank you Mayra! You are the absolute best!! read more

Please be aware. This Law Firm is crooked! They are the worst ever!! Especially Lillian Sedaghat!! She is part of Sweet James! thinking I was going to get help but I was so wrong!! They had me sign just hours after I fell in wet tar which wasn't marked off!! They helped until she dropped my commercial case which was worth a lot because I was very hurt thank goodness I didn't use any of their "so called" doctors I used my own insurance and paid lots of money out of pocket. Until 3 months before my case was going to turn 2 years which is the statute of limitations they dropped my case!! She told me that the person I was corresponding with was fired!! At this point time is an essence and I couldn't find other representation due to time. Please don't use her or Sweet James they are a joke. And now the Ca State Bar will be aware as well as others read more

The best personal injury firm in California!!! Amazing work! Intake specialist who assisted with my case was so helpful.

They are very slow, the attorney I had always say he's going to call back which means in 2 months every time. GOD won the case . I did not get anything from the case my care is still damaged from the accident, my radiator and other damages under the hood needs repairing. I truly believe in my heart ; the attorney that was appointed to me did not fight hard for me, he says one thing and says something different in other words he changes up ( his attitude). Emailed me without letting me know, which is un professional. Good thing I checks my Email . They trying to suggest that I have my health care insurance to pay the medical bills ( WHAT THE HELL !!The woman was in the wrong she hit me my car and I'm still having pain from the accident. read more

WORST LAW FIRM EVER!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I was hit by a commercial truck while I was walking across the street legally in the cross walk when it was my turn to walk. This place dropped me after I asked them to furnish me with all of the work they had done up to the point of my request. After they dropped me and I received what they sent, I saw that they did not even attempt to contact the insurance company of the truck that hit me. All they did was hit up the driver's personal insurance who denied it because he was in a company vehicle working at the time. This dude ran a red arrow light and hit me 5-10 seconds after the light turned red! How the hell do I not have any compensation?! Bunch of crooks and scammers here! If you actually want to get compensation for whatever you are suing for stay far far away from this place cause they are full of s@*t! And actually had the audacity to send me a T-shirt! F@*k all the way off! If I could give you -5 stars I swear to God I would! read more

ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. This law firm is a joke, so many promises, but no results, pass you from person to person. It's my mistake didn't check them before sign in with them. But for who wants to use them think twice. read more

I was broadsided by another driver in 2024. I knew I would need the help of a law firm to handle my claim. I was referred to Sedaghat Law and had a very good experience. Even though I live far from the office that was not a problem. For those who have not ever been through the claim experience you must understand that it is very complex and requires a specific approach that takes time and proper direction for a successful result. From signing on to payment of the settlement the Team did a great job. Their fees were reasonable and they managed my case well and to my maximum benefit. Special thanks to a Jubin who always made sure my questions got answered quickly and completely. If you are injured you will be in good hands with Sedaghat Law Group. read more

I can't say enough good things about this firm. From start to finish they kept me updated, answered all my questions, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. If you're looking for a law firm that actually has your back, this is the one. They also got me paid nicely. read more

This law firm is very bad with communication. They do not get back to you for weeks, even months at a time. I would call and leave countless messages, texts and voicemails only to be ignored. They have done nothing for my case and left me hanging. I was dropped, and they stated they will place a lien on my case, despite them not representing me anymore. It was so stressful to try and even get ahold of anyone or get any answers. They have done absolutely nothing but waste my time. This was a very unprofessional firm, and it is very disappointing that they choose to run their business this way. I would advise against having them represent you in any legal matters you may have. read more

As I sit here in the middle of the night in pain. I can't help but remember how bad of a job this law firm did with me and how I suffer because of it. To say they do the absolute minimum of taking care of their clients is an understatement. Half of these reviews are faker than the promises they make you. I have a disc bulge in my neck, torn rotator cuffs, disc bulge in my lower back, thoracic pain, etc. all getting worse because of these selfish lawyers here at Sedegaht My 1st case manager would lie ALL THE TIME FOR NO REASON! I would ask her to call me back and I always had to call them. Then she doesn't respond for months and I have no clue why. As Im finishing "Chiro" thats when they tell me "she been fir... she doesn't work here anymore" FOR MONTHS THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS!!!! Instead they said nothing! Then they gave me another bad case manager named Natalie Natalie, or however you spell it, cares about nobody but herself. I was trying to understand whats going on with my case and I wasn't even mad with her. She instantly gets an attitude with me on the phone and tries to shift the blame. I have no idea why she was so upset, or what was going on but Im guessing she didn't want to take accountability of not letting me know for months that I was assigned a new case manager. And that it was her! I went to Ms. Sedaghat herself in email to let her know whats going on and she gave me the fakest apology and said she'd send her assistant lawyer Alina to message me info about my case. Alina is the fakest person in the office she will try to trick you into saying things that will give them ammunition to drop your case. Be careful if you ever have to talk to her. She is actually very evil and don't take that lightly. Alina is just as unprofessional and unorganized as the rest of the office. My new case manager Natalie told me they can't afford the treatment I needed and that they would just close the case out and try to get me whatever which lead up to me messaging Sedaght herself. Then when alina calls me she tries to tell me the same thing. Then as soon as I say Im not sure if you guys have my best interests, she calls me back and now they "barely got the video evidence" (the video evidence was available way before they said it was). Alina tells me "oh looks like its your fault actually" A guy comes in from the wrong side lane BEHIND ME while I try to turn left and park and it's my fault. Visualize that in your head people. How is it my fault when that car behind me goes into the oncoming traffic lane and tried to pass in front of me randomly? All I was doing was turning into a driveway! Another example of terrible lawyers and even worse people. The dev... I mean alina immediately shifts the blame on me when she knows I did nothing wrong. Her and Lillian Sedegaht planned that very quick so they don't have to take accountability for months of neglecting a client. They should actually be taken to court! I thought an all woman law firm would fight for me better than any other law group would but they are the type of people that make certain stereotypes believable. This is a terrible law firm and these reviews seem fabricated. How can some place this organized have good reviews? I call BS! Now because they sent a drop letter no other lawyer will take this case! WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY FROM SEDAGHAT LAW GROUP! read more

Friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

My settlement didn't even cover the costs to repair the vehicle, let alone the injuries. $1500 of my settlement went to Sweet James (never use them either). My wife and I were involved in an accident that was completely the fault of the other driver. Unfortunately, the police accident report was inaccurate and basically put my wife (driver) at fault. With the photos I had taken and the entire scene and contradictions in the accident report, our case manager worked closely with me to see the play by play and gather what is needed to win this case with our insurance company and hopefully purse the local police for false report to make their job easier. I was the passenger that was almost killed in the accident. Our case manager was very thorough, responsive, and informative on everything that had to do with this case. We couldn't be happier to have this team on our side. The case is still pending but we are 100% confident of the outcome! Jacquelene Mkrtchyan is the best Case Manager!!! I just want to take the time to thank the staff at Sedaghat Law Group, i was helping my dad get some questions answered about a case he wants to open. He wanted to find someone who would speak Spanish due that I'm not always there to help him out. We called several other law firms and we were out of luck. We got help by a super helpful and kind lady. Her name is Kathleen Lopez. She was able to help my father with every single question he had. She was patient with him and direct him the right way. It is hard to find good costumer service now at days. I usually don't write yelp reviews but even my father agreed that was a great experience and recommend to others. read more

Super Super PREDATORY LAW GROUP. Intake sent me a 26 page retainer and tried to pressure me into signing it while on the call, as though I didn't have a right to review and read it. Very low level law firm and you should not bring your case here! They charge 38-50% for a retainer fee which is not the standard 33% nearly all firms charge. I was told some crazy lie that firms do charge that much after one month which is also not true. This is a very money hungry firm who will not actually care about you and only want your money.
