From the first phone conversation I knew that this would be a unique and supportive experience. When coming to my first appointment I met with Donna and she supplied me with all the materials, tips, and information on how to succeed on the HCG diet. She provided charts to help me track what I was eating, the foods that were acceptable all in a clear way where it was easy for me to calculate my daily intake and where I needed to be.
