I went in for a consultation, all was good but the staff weren't particularly helpful. The rest went okay and I booked in my first appointment after being bombarded by offers (not including the spam sent to my email) and went on my way. Today I came in for my first appointment and was told my appointment wasn't on their bookings, they made no attempt to fit me in, just said sorry and asked if I wanted to book another appointment as if that was acceptable. I turned down an extra day at work with christmas bonus for this appointment, they didn't even refund my deposit, absolutely no help whatsoever. I'll be sure to let all the trans groups I know of both irl and online how you're treated at this place. What if I spent money for 8 sessions and one was missing in the middle of treatments and I couldn't get booked in?! If you screw up you make it up to the customer, not expect them to accept it and waste their own time faffing about because you can't even keep bookings straight. So a sarcastic sorry but, I'll go the extra distance for a proper clinic that treats its clients with an ounce of respect.
