I went for my first set of treatments a week ago, the day before my hen party. Pippa did all my treatments, including false lashes which are FABULOUS and a full body tan which was also brilliant. the whole experience was fantastic, i was pampered to the max and pippa made me feel so at ease with general chit chat and cups of tea!! now im not one for really going for beauty treatments, the occasional leg wax is usually about it, but i am so looking forward to the next day of treats before my wedding (and a few before too) that i know that i will continue to use them in the future too. the only slight negative about willow spa is that they dont have their own parking area (which is of course beyond their control!). all round top marks for quality of treatments and customer service.

I booked an appointment with Nicola for the BCS wax, I have had my back waxed a few times before and really like the feeling of putting a shirt on after. I have never had the C & S done and on the drive over decided against it. When I entered Bare waxes studio we talked and Nicola came across extremely confident in her abilities which made me relax. After filling in some paper work for medical condition Nicola directed me to the waxing room and asked me to take my top off while she left the room. On her return she explained to me how the procedure would take place, telling me she would start on my back then my abbs moving on to my underarm. OK the abs are the most painful but bearable. She then asked me to undress fully again while she left the room (yes she had made me feel very relaxed and I had changed my mind again). OMG when I looked down to my never regions it looked like they had been treated with ice water. So I laid on the bed wishing that I would grow back just a little. I was really nervous about this part of the waxing and it showed! I had read thing on the internet about men getting aroused! Ha ha LOL not in my case and I can't really see anyone being able to while getting waxed! Nicola returned knocking on the door, where she again explained what she was going to do. She removed the towel and asked me to pull my penis to one side and started the wax. The pain was nowhere near as bad as my abs and we talked all the way through the treatment. The best part of Bare wax is Nicola's professional confident personality that put me at ease from start to finish. The full treatment was extremely well executed and I would not hesitate to recommend the BARE WAX STUDIO to anyone. Don't be shy! After 5 minutes it's like being at the barbers. This studio is five star and would not go a miss in London-New York-Doncaster. On top of her game! I waited 6 weeks as Nic suggested! I did get a rash locally in some areas but this was minimal compared with other salons I have used and only lasted a week or so and only once the hair started growing back. The hair growth was reduced to much more than expectation. I went on holiday a few days after my 1st treatment and was surprised to see how many men reduced their body hair growth. Most of the boys were with their girlfriends,It was like when you buy a new car hardly see one until you purchased one then they are everywhere! 2nd session with Nic was a little more relaxed on my part but Nic was as ever professional in her approach, leaving me to undress at each stage and knocking to see if i was ready. She explained the hair growth was still random and it would take a few treatments to get them to grow back at the same rate. The treatment was much quicker this time around as the hair was growth was reduced and shorter. The pain on the areas I had been waxed on before was a lot less and we managed to hold a conversation with only the odd ouch. My wife Jade inspected her work muck closer this time and booked an appointment, after her wax. The business is run from her home, with the treatment room in a converted garage. It's just as good as a private, city centre salon - if not better as it has a shower for use too. Parking's completely free and Rekha always makes time for her clients, even until 10/11pm if need be. But it gets even better.her prices are ASTOUNDING. For a package of full leg, full arm, bikini and underarm waxings it's JUST £21!!! That's how much a full arm wax alone costs in London. PLUS, she gives 20% student discount so I only paid only £16/17!!! Truely amazing and always a slick and perfect job. All her services are at really honest prices: a full body, 75 mins massage is only £25; a 75 mins 'continental' (full works) facial, £17 and threading from £1all before student discount too. And she's a lovely woman. Keeps you relaxed and at ease and is very nice to talk to. She felt like an aunty more than a beautician. this is an absolutely beautiful private beauty salon in a great location. it is right on nantwich…read moreroad in 1 of the larger detached properties towards the manor at wistaston. there is a separate private entrance to the salon which you can see when you park on the large parking area at the front of the building. it isn't advertised on the front of the property so you have to keep your eyes open as to which property it is! the salon uses really high quality products such as dermalogica and personally i find these really fantastic and you can purchase the products for yourself or as gifts from the salon if there is something you particularly like or if there is something the beauty therapist might recommend. there are 2 main areas in the salon as you walk through the salons entrance hall. the first is more of a reception area with magazines, product displays, a small seating area, lists of treatments available and so on. then there is the treatment area itself. there is an area for hand,nail and beauty treatments and the larger area for main treatments such as massages, hot stone therapies, waxing and so on. the owner is amazing. i have tried pretty much most of the treatments available at this salon and every one was perfect - even the more painful ones such as waxing! she is professional, friendly and the treatments are at fantastic prices too. she has worked at many of the best salons in the area such as essence and the spa at alvaston hall so you are pretty much guaranteed that same high standard in every treatment from something as small as an eyelash tint to one of the bigger treatments such as a full body massage. this salon is really highly recommended.
