Baker Concrete…read more Willie Baker From start to finish working with Baker Concrete has been a good experience. From initial contact to final work. Willie and his crew went above and beyond for my wife and I. We've searched for a long time for someone to pour a walkway from the house to the street. Most people she called said the job was too small. The one concrete company that came out never provided an estimate. Willie though came out when he said he would, provided a written estimate with two reference letters and gave us the instructions for calling 811 to get the lines painted for the underground utilities. Once Willie and his crew started it took them about 3 1/2 days to complete the walkway. This is from initial grading to final work. If a sidewalk can be said to be beautiful, this sidewalk is that, beautiful. It gives my wife mobility which is awesome and wonderful.

We…read moretalked to a few contractors and decided to go with Joseph because he cares about the quality of his work and he has good prices. He wanted us to be 100% happy and wasn't looking to make a quick buck. This is a person who values integrity and a job well done. He and his team did great work and communicated well with us. Joseph was kind enough to share his expertise on various home repair stuff. It's nice to know why something needs to be done, rather than just being told it needs to be done. Joseph was also remarkably good at following up on details, and is a bit of a perfectionist in the best possible way. The company that was contracted to repair our gutters didn't do the job quite right in one corner, causing water to pour off the gutter when it rained. Even though he'd already been paid, Joseph didn't rest until the company came out again to do the job right, and on top of that he sent one of his men out to add some flashing in that corner as well. We are super happy with the repairs, and things are in a better state now then before the tree hit. We'll definitely be using Joseph again in the future!

From there, he gave us the expectations a job of this magnitude would include, and sent us a scope of work. He kept us constantly updated when any portion of that scope had the potential to change, and his team was punctual and professional, completing their work within the timeframe provided, and had friendly, helpful attitudes. We plan on hiring Joseph again for other projects in the near future. His honesty and integrity was refreshing; I never felt like he was trying to add-on unnecessary repairs or charge me an excessive amount for his time. I trust Joseph to give me true and accurate estimates for needed work, unlike some contractors I have worked with in the past, who either don't have the knowledge or focus Joseph and his team display while on the job. Thank you Joseph & crew for making this large repair easy for us, giving us peace of mind and professionals we can trust and rely on.
