Unfortunately, this is now my third bad experience using mobile ordering at Better Buzz, and today was by far the worst. I placed a mobile order expecting it to make the process quicker and more convenient. Instead, I waited 25 minutes for one drink while standing inside the location. During that time, I watched customer after customer walk in, order directly at the register, receive their drinks, and leave--all before my mobile order was ready. What made the experience even more frustrating was that after waiting that long, I still had to approach an employee and ask about my order. I understand that businesses get busy and delays happen, but after three separate poor experiences with mobile ordering, this appears to be more than an isolated issue. If customers who order at the register are consistently being served before customers who already placed and paid for their orders through the app, then the mobile ordering process needs serious attention. I enjoy Better Buzz, which is why I continued giving the mobile ordering option another chance, but after three disappointing experiences--and a 25-minute wait today--it's difficult to justify using it again. read more

Better Buzz Coffee made it to Hesperia in the high desert. They took over the Arby's location on Main Street. Welcome! They barely opened a few days ago. I heard the bees buzzing so had to swing by to see what the buzzing was all about. Lines were extremely long during the day. I came here in the evening with no line at all... worked out for me. They are known for their fresh brewed small batch coffees to handcrafted lattes to breakfast sandwiches to acai bowls. Exterior is a bit tight. Parking is limited near the side with some parking in back. Btw, they share parking with Starbucks who happens to be next door. Interior seating available with a few loungers on the outside. Looking in from the outside, it's a very cute and bright yellow and black color themed with bees! This is my 2nd time at a Better Buzz. My 1st time was at their Upland location. I went through the drive-thru. Friendly and nice young lady took my order. Prices were reasonable. I got the Hazelnut Divinity like last time. Love the hazelnut flavor, but the white chocolate mocha was way too sweet for my taste. I normally don't get ice in my drinks because I don't want them to be watered down. I was informed "no ice" means about an inch or so less of drink because each drink has a specific measurement. I asked for easy ice, but got full ice instead. Glad it happened because sweetness had to be tamed. I added more ice when I got home. My eldest daughter got the Strawberry Rose Refresher. It was indeed a refreshing drink. She enjoyed it! My youngest daughter got the Conscious Chocolate. She didn't care for it much because it's more like a protein drink than anything else. She had to add caramel and chocolate syrup sauce to make it better. Probably won't get this again. I'll sure to be back to try their other specialty drinks and check out their sandwiches plus acai bowls. All the best Better Buzz! read more

I tried the Banana Pudding Frappe, and while the coffee flavor was good, it was definitely more water-based than I expected. I was hoping for more of that creamy banana pudding flavor and a little more creaminess. BUT... the Banana Nutella Croissant Muffin totally made up for it! That thing was delicious--great flavor, and honestly a 10/10! The lady working was super nice and friendly, which always makes the experience better. The coffee is okay, I got a breakfast sandwich and was disappointed because it came with a weird sauce that wasn't displayed came on it when I looked at the menu. I came from Vegas so I'm not new to better buzz it's more aesthetically pleasing than anything. The drinks were dissatisfying as they just felt rushed and I understand this location has a lot of people right now since it's new. Although when your other locations set the standards for a good coffee and matcha, you would expect that quality will be present in all your locations. The drinks didn't feel unique or superb as I remembered from their other locations. I felt like in other locations you can taste the richness of the coffee and the matcha felt authentic as better buzz has a signature taste. This time I just felt everything was watered down. On Saturday 8/15 I placed a online order at 9:02am and it said it'd be ready at 9:09am I got a notification it'd be ready. I e waited over 30 mins and got no update on my order. When I asked about it the lady said if it's ready online order are behind you, I told her I've been waiting for 30 mins already. She checks on it and only 1 drink was made out of the 3 drinks. That 1 drink was just sitting there. They make the other 2 drinks and I see the lady making the cookies with whole milk and that drink is suppose to be with oat milk and I asked the lady if the cookies is being made with oat milk and she said yes though I saw that it was made with whole milk. She gave me the drinks and I asked if the cookies drink could be made with oat milk instead of whole milk and the lady said "are you sure? We are busy?" And I said yes the person that drink is for can't have dairy. I understand it was busy but it wasn't right that the worker was hesitant on making the drink that was suppose to be non dairy and questioning on it being remade cause they are busy. read more
