The receptionist's receptionist at window was typing upon her computer after two weeks to no avail upon failure of giving me my Driver license back. I waited two weeks had to make a police report do to her keeping my identification . wow miserable experience for someone with ovarian cysts present and referred for surgery to this lame UN professional office. Another tip that lady Rhonda over in Davenport office is just the rudest little bug a boo ever . Rhonda called out her way to have the tech. For ultrasound not to service my appointment my vehicle broke down that day and the tech was available and willing to see me for imaging but that Rhonda deliberately called winter haven office to cancel me after all that its co void people its hard to get services and scary. Talking as I had mo symptoms and then put no to every question asked to me to see how bad I felt. This is in my chart people. False information on review sheets and the chart and health care providers wrong info. The chick actually laughed at me and told me good luck with getting service for cysts on ovaries. Bad bad service I would like to take a pole on how many bad services this office put out to clients and patients please feel free to contact me at 1 734 299 1298 thanks for nothing winter haven Avdent. The only good one there is Ms. Glinda rosenice lady nurse she needs a raise me and her spent a large amount of time going over questions for my chart and all symptoms AMD health info was correct at that time . but months later on appointment upon asking for dated sheets of medical info. That receptionist at desk the Spanish heritage girl falsely intentef with malicous disconstruction falsifited my appointment sheets upon me asking for them i have the copy the girl gave me and clearly its not what me and nurse Belinda spoke about in previous months prior to that appointment . the chick forgot to gwt my d.l. out the copier once again .crazy why can't someone be right with honesty and why so nasty as to falsify my appointment sheets in the reviewing . I feel hurt and displaced and I feel this can harm me to point of not receiving the right medical treatment I do surely need.

They later drew my blood and they hand wrote my name on the blood viles, there is no computer generated sticker to place on the viles. I was also not asked to verify the name or spelling on the viles. When I asked the nurse how they were going to confirm pregnancy she told me at the ultrasound in a few weeks. If that is the case why did they have me pee in a cup. I fully believe they are going to bill me for a urine confrimation, even though they have not provided me with one. This is a very unsophisticated clinic. This clinic is now under adventHealth.

The office seems be in Chaos. My appointment was canceled, then rescheduled twice (three time really, but one was for Hurricane Michael). The automated system called to reconfirm and I reconfirmed with the computer. When I showed up, my appointment had once again been canceled and there was nobody there to see me. I'd done blood almost two months prior and had not seen a copy. So, I asked if I could at least have a copy of my lab results. They were provided. I was told I'd receive an appointment sheet and blood draw order in the mail for a new appointment in four months. Four months? I hadn't even seen anyone for the current appointment. The paperwork for the appointment and new lab draw never showed up in the mail. So, I have no idea if I have an appointment in four months or not. Even if they had made the appointment, I would have no blood draw from them. Further, I needed refills on prescriptions. Making sure my prescriptions were refilled was on my list to talk about. I'm sure I could have phoned and ask that the prescriptions be refilled. However I'm not looking for "doctor by phone messages". I came home and made an appointment to see my primary care and now am being treated with a new plan and new doctors that do not involve the Bond Clinic. My primary care addressed my prescription concerns and order a blood draw and followup. Your mileage my vary, but this is my experience.
