They will also tell you that if you do not stay the entire 30 days you will get a prorated refund which is untrue. $4900 with scholarship and I stayed 1 week and knew I was ready to go home and get back into the recovery community at home. They refunded $1045. $4900 divided by 30 days =$163.33 / day. $163.33 times the 7 days I was there comes to $1143.31. The 23 days that I did not stay comes to $3756.59. Subtract the $1045 they refunded is $2711.39 they kept after claiming refunds are prorated. The fresh staff at the Retreat are about the money, not helping people. Now I'm struggling financially and with winter just around the corner I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to heat my home all winter. What do I let go to stay warm? Food? electric? Property taxes? Do I sell my vehicle and stop driving when I live in a rural area. They have made my life very, very difficult!
