I will be honest, I was a bit nervous going to this salon as I am African American so I was afraid since my hair is a different type/texture it'd be harder to style. My stylist was very nice about trying to fix and give me curtain bangs, but I feel like they were more like normal bangs without face framing. At that point I just left before my hair was cut shorter. I like my hair overall and maybe next time I should be more clear. Pretty good service, a little pricey, but a nice salon. I did have to go home and use my hair scissors to add more framing to my face. But maybe that was just me haha.

She is amazing, and I love my hair since I have started going to her. The first time I went I had a trim done to "test the waters" so to speak. Debbie was careful and cautious in not to cut too much off. After see the care she took, I was ready to trust her in doing a more daring cut. The second time I went I showed Debbie a picture of what I wanted (which included 11+ inches being cut), and she cut my hair to match the picture. I told her I was starting to panic after having so much of my hair cut off, but she assured me it would be cute. After copying the picture she asked me if I would like some changes to match my face, natural wave of the hair, etc. I put my full trust in her, and she made made my hair look amazing. She definitely knows what she is doing, and charges a very reasonable price. Debbie is open Tuesday - Saturday and can also do manicures and pedicures at her salon. The salon is in a senior's only apartment building, so you have to go through the lobby of the apartment building to get to her salon. For anyone who may be curious, Debbie took the hair that was cut off was donated to Locks of Love.
