Stay away from this company and George. I should have known better, and kept my site hosted on one of the major providers, instead of on this joker's "servers". I missed a couple of other clues, such as when the "company" phone is his girlfriends phone, the "company" paypal account is in the name of some dude you never heard of. But the repeated outages of my website, which he never seemed to notice, were what really got my attention. In the years he has had my sites, i had more outages than in 15 years with a major ISP.
Basically, George sucks at keeping my web site up. His computer skills seem to be pretty rudimentary, it seemed like easy issues would stump him for days or weeks. When the issues were "fixed" they turned out to be trivial. Another annoyance that happened" a few times was the "fix" that required something "extra" which required a "special payment" since "this isn't covered in your agreement."
Then there was abysmal customer service - He won't answer email, texts, he complains that you shouldn't contact him by text only by email but he texts you when he wants to. Meanwhile, the site stays dark. and then it goes down again, and again.
I don't know why it took me so long , but i am going to finally yank my sites and go back to a major isp.
If you don't believe me, contact him and ask for a few "business references" --- then google the "businesses" he is associated with!
