Chef Miki was the man! Very friendly and professional. Made us feel very welcome! He spoke great English too, and gave good introduction to the dishes.
We were treated to decadent sushis and the famous Besuto mystery box.
Our favorite was the chawamushi. Great texture. I had never had steamed eggs that smooth.
The toothfish was delicious too! Smokey, but still fatty and very moist. All the nigiris were on point.
