She was very supportive with every process and honest when it came to any concern that came up. My first time purchasing a home shouldn't have gone as well as it did considering how the market is, that's how thorough of a job she did. When I explained to her what my needs were and how quickly I was looking into having this process go, she jumped right up and had viewings the next day! We found the perfect house and it will be a long time before I have any intention on leaving but when I'm ready she will be the first person I call because I know I won't have any issue with the selling process when that time comes.

On the day of closing my father suffered a medical emergency where he had to have open heart surgery. I explained my situation but again she called her "Good arbitrator friend" who threaten monetary sanctions against me if i didn't sign the documents. I would not be the least bit surprised if she(Maria)was or is giving monetary kickbacks to her friend. Please do not use her services especially if they come by way of her good attorney friend.
