Eh, I really wanted to love this place but naw!!! Prices are good as I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure for $38 but I hate the fact Winny (manicurist) was seriously rushing so much that I literally saw smudges everywhere. I had to tell her few times to clean it wherever the polish was messed up. The entire process just felt rushed as I believe another person walked in for manicure and pedicure which Winny was trying to assist as well. I personally never seen anyone rush that much and consistently have nail polish stains on my toes and fingers. Cleaning was good as Winny took care of cleaning the extra cuticles and filing my nails. Salon itself is pretty and clean but the service is definitely mediocre. They offer wide variety of services like facials, lash extensions, manicure, pedicure, and massages. Regular manicure and pedicure is $22. There's a parking lot on the right of the salon that has few spots free of charge. read more

I had picked this nail salon simply because it was highly rated on Yelp and I was close by. I called and they had availability so I booked an appointment. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how clean, new, and accommodating their salon is!! I will definitely be back now even though there are plenty of other salons closer to where I live. read more

I've been going to this nail salon regularly lately. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They have so many colors and can do any design you want. Today was especially nice because i didn't like that color i picked out, but wasn't going to ask them to redo it. The owner insisted i stay so she could fix it and do a color I would like more even though it was time consuming for her. I appreciated that she cared that I was happy leaving her salon. Nothing special. If you're a person who enjoys a crisp and clean manicure or pedicure, I wouldn't recommend. I've tried them for regular manicure and pedicure twice and both times my services were very rushed. They did not even scrub my feet, they missed the edges of some of my nails. The work is not super sloppy but it certainly isn't special. I'm not sure if I didn't get the great treatment mentioned in other reviews because I had simple services does but I've gotten much better, friendlier, and quality service for my money in other places. read more

The only thing I liked was the price! $38 for gel mani and regular pedi. I agree that the manicurist seemed rushed. I found the staff to be unfriendly and unwelcoming. I asked for help in finding a color for my pedi to match gel mani and the lady standing behind the counter directed me to the colors ( as if I couldn't see them) & told me to go look for it #rude. Then I was asked to pay for my service after my pedi-before the gel mani. Manicurist then try to push a $60 gel polish on me and a protein polish... whatever. I kinda have mixed feelings here. They are really friendly welcoming you but my manicurists seem a bit sloppy. I got the SNS manicure and at times she was just slopping on the polish, not covering evenly. My pedicure polish was uneven. If I go back, I don't want same person. read more

This was my first time going to this nail salon and it will not be my last. The staff were very patient and pleasant even with my nit pickings on certain things. I have been using Besties for 2 years before COVID-19 and the owner of this salon is first class. They are currently following all NYS guidelines and customers are well spaced out. One of my favorite memories is a time when an older customer had walked to the salon and when she left it was pouring rain. The owner offered to drive her home and the customer gratefully accepted. They offer good value and I have used many of their technicians for UV-gel , color gel and spa pedicures. The massages are also therapeutic and relaxing. read more

This is a salon that I have been going to for years since I live in the neighborhood. Hence I will not give it a one star but I was seriously offended by the manicurist today!! First let me state that this place is excellent for massages. They really do a good massage and locate all the knots in your back. I also like the soothing calm ambiance of this spa . I have been coming here even when it was under a different owner and it was always a great massage . But yesterday for the first time I decided to get a manicure and pedicure as I have a media event today. The manicurist was extremely rushy!! She did not even allow me to go over to pick my nail color !! I am very particular about my nails when I get them done !! I don't just walk in and have the manicurist decide my nails for me!! They should listen to the customers choice and answer all our questions respectfully. I wanted her to show me any French manicurist designs that she had and she kept showing me the powder and gel nail samples that she had !! There was a set of design nails hanging there too which I asked to see . I had to ask her several times to show me that . Finally she handed that to me but she said ," But This is design ". I responded ," Yes I want design on my nails !! Please let me see." She was very pushy. I didn't like that at all. I finally ended up choosing a pink powder nail with no design in all that rush. Then I asked how much was a pedicure. For that she YELLED " $23 ! "as if I am some kindergarten kid!! She then started doing my nails. Then she asked if the pedicure could be done at the same time as manicure!! I agreed. So they moved me over to the pedicure seat . But before sitting down on the pedicure seat I said ," Wait... First I need to choose a color for my feet." She said ," No, Sit down . I will get same color for you . ".... I did not like this at all!! I need to go to the color bottle stand and pick my color . She told me to sit down. Then she goes and picks a similar color to my manicure and brings it to my pedicure seat where I was sitting . I could notice that it was slightly darker than the pink I wanted . I told her " this is dark. I want pink." She started saying , " This is similar to your manicure ." ... She then goes to the color stand and brings back four really bright pink colors . I told her that those colors were too light!! She would not even allow me to check the four colors that she bought as she started covering them with her hand. I said , "Please let me see the colors that you have here." Then she very rudely says , "you go pick your color yourself" and walks away!! Very bad and disrespectful behavior!! I am the customer. I should be allowed to pick my color in a relaxed state. When I pick my colors I like to take a look at the whole array of colors . I am paying for my service here . Please let the customers pick their colors in peace without rushing like this. It is the customer's choice about what nails we want. She then came back to do my nails on the pedicure seat. She was very brisk in her movements while doing my nails. Already I was so offended by her behavior. It totally destroyed my peace and calm of the day. I was not happy with this whole experience!! Please note that we come to get our nails done as a break from our busy work lives . Customers should leave feeling relaxed and happy and we should be allowed to choose our nail color. This manicurist did the opposite of that. Her customer service skills are very rude . I will come back for the massages but I am NEVER EVER going to get my manicure at this place ever again!! She did not let me choose my nail colors in peace , totally pushed her color on me and treated me so disrespectfully . The pedicure was okay . The jet streams on the pedicure seat didn't work . Overall, if you want to leave with your choice nails in a calm relaxed mood please get your manicures done from somewhere else !! This manicurist is DISRESPECTFUL. The only thing I like at this salon is the massage. That's the only reason why I gave this salon at least some stars . But for nails , this is my first and LAST time at this salon. There are plenty of other salons for nails . This one isn't it . It will spoil your mood of the day!! Plus you will leave with a rushed up color that you didn't choose!! read more

staff was a little too pushy and not friendly. Didn't like how they did my nails at all, looks sloppy and when I asked them to fix it they said ok but we charge you more then. Made my finger bleed when they were filing so asked them to stop and they just kept going. I would never go back or recommend this place. This is our second time going for a mani/pedi. We had a great first experience with Nancy. Today, Nancy did my daughter's pedicure and then Winnie rushed my daughter to her own station to do her manicure and Nancy did my pedicure. Winnie did a terrible job on the mani. She rushes to do the money,get people serviced to other employees and do her own service. She also seems a little rude to her employees. If we return, we will only use Nancy. Best massage I've ever had!!! My husband and I have been here a few times for couple massages and we keep coming back! The owner, Bestie is super nice and courteous! Even when we were late, she still gives us the full hour of massage. She works every inch of your muscle to locate the stress points and then she really works at it to loosen it up. She then stretches you and massage more with a super warm towel. My husband used to think massage is a waste of money and time. But even he's giving this place a big thumbs up! They are having a great promotion now - 50 minute full body massage for just $50! I just went again today and thoroughly enjoyed it as usual!! Highly recommended! read more

I have been to countless nail salons in the area and this place provided the best experience by far. The staff was incredibly polite and kind, the place was spacious and clean and does far more than any place near by. They had a wide selection of colors of polish, SNS and Gel and I tried to the Gel Pedicure which left my feet feeling incredible. They showed me some of their nail art as well and I will 100% be back to let them do their magic.
