There is also a Rewards program you can sign up for using the QR code and you get an electronic card so you don't have to worry about finding space in your wallet. What bubble teas have we tried? We always always get Taro with bobas, but a similar option but more luxurious is the Ube Deluxe. Recently we had the Mango Matcha and I think this might be my new favourite. I also remember really enjoying the Tiramisu with coffee jellies- it was sweet but had such a nice light coffee flavour. The Butterfly series is super refreshing and is so pretty when you get a trifecta of colors. We also have had the Yokult series but found it a bit over the top sweet. A well kept single bathroom, staff are super friendly. And plenty of parking out front for the whole strip mall setup. Definitely our go-to bubble tea spot whenever we pass through.

Didn't know you could get plain coffee but that's exactly what it tasted like - a latte with pearls. He was happy as it wasn't too sweet and gave him a nice caffeine kick. Price is very reasonable. Everything from Maple Walnut, sherbets, bubblegum and pistachio. This trip we ordered a baby size ($3.60) chocolate mint (classic and good) and rocket fuel (similar to bubblegum in taste but maybe a bit more grape tasting); they were just the right size for the kids. And we also ordered single scoops ($5.15) of the wild spicy chocolate and churro (this was my top fav that we ordered, it was the hardest/coldest one so it didn't melt quite as fast either, but the Flavor was super unique and I love that spicy hit you get) and the pineapple sherbet( very refreshing and light, perfect for a hot summer day). The ice cream was really soft and seemed to melt extremely fast, wishing it was a bit colder/harder. But after knowing that I recommend you find a seat and eat it right after you order it. Service was fast, we didn't have to wait long to order and the staff were good about double checking flavor choices. Handing us each cone as they scooped it. These places also sell a variety of floating devices for some good lake time and Sylvan Lake memorabilia. Parking in Sylvan Lake is all pretty much payment required unless you park a few blocks away.

Wood damage near the window fronting the main parking lot. We couldn't ask to move because we took the last seats for the evening. I killed three bugs by grabbing paper towels from the women's washroom at different times because they were coming up from the wood. Then my teenager informed me not to kill the last bug because he sees ants crawling up and will carry the last bug to their home. I couldn't see ants on my side. He was right. Carpenter ants carried the fourth dead bug back inside the damaged wood. I asked my husband and son if they wanted to leave the restaurant and we could eat elsewhere. They said no I think we'll be OK. Strike 2: Lack of communication: Our female Server kept refilling my husband's beverage without informing us or not providing an apology there will be a longer wait time for a reason. Strike 3: Wait time: Our meals took one hour to arrive at our table without any apology. Food: Berry Bison Bramble burger with fries was phenomenal! Bison Patty with blackberry jam, including fresh blackberries, crumbled, goat cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and sautéed mushrooms served on a pretzel bun took this burger to a whole new level. Womens' washroom has a beautiful decor and interior design, stocked with hygiene products at no charge. Free parking in a dedicated lot. I gave two stars for the reasons listed above. The food is excellent. Great menu, lots of choice and really interesting. We did some sharing, fish tacos, sweet potato fries, and cauliflower bites. Fish was battered, not normally my favourite, but was light and really tasty. Maybe the best sweet potatoes ever and the cauliflower bites are a meal, lightly breaded and tasty, maybe too big to be shared with just two people, most of ours came home. Staff is friendly and attentive. Waitress didn't know the beer list and suggested I "go look", which is fine but there weren't that many to remember. She did, however, bring us a takeaway box without being asked as she noticed the cauliflower bites still lingering on the plate. I can agree with the previous fives, but there is always room for improvement, at Tollers it's just some attention to detail. Great spot!

All the reviews are correct. It's a must stop coffee shoppe. Easily one of my favourites when I come 'home' to Lacombe.

That's how I first got to experience Ona & that was back when there was a furniture & a homewares store including the cafe within it. Things have changed since then (now only cafe & cafe space is significantly larger with raised patio in back) but still fabulous food & great coffee. Plus the bonus is the neat extras one can also purchase. Lots of lower height tables & it seems to be quite popular with larger groups & families (observation from my last visit a few weeks ago). Parking is on the streets around but I have yet to walk further than a block. Bathrooms are generous in size & I greatly appreciate how well kept they are considering how popular this place always seems. Decently lit with lots of natural light. A bit more on the louder side now that it is only a cafe but still a good spot to cool off & rest the arms from driving. I've tried treats & sandwiches here - both are of decent sizes & what the price of this are these days, I would say at a reasonable price. Coffee is always tasty here & I quite enjoyed the iced option this last stop being that the outside temp was over 25C. Staff are always friendly here & great at answering questions.
