An ok motel for travelling through the area on interstate 75. Carpet in room is not very clean. Towels are small and industrially course. Bed and assortment of pillows are reasonably comfortable. A/C and heat work. TV works. The price is comparable to other hotels in the expanded area.. maybe a few $$ less here. And no bugs found! Overall, an ok place for the night. read more

I came to GA with a friend who had a family emergency. There were only 2 motels off the highway in Ashburn. The super 8 and the Best Western. We were advised that the Super 8 was very dirty so we booked a room at the Best Western. I brought my own Clorox wipes because I need to safeguard myself from this COVID. Thank God I did. They are definitely not sanitizing or cleaning between guests. The bathroom was gross. The tiles have not been cleaned since they were put down. All of the shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers were empty. I travel with my own. The tub was gross. The beds were clean and there were no bed bugs so that was a plus. If you have to stay there bring some clorox. And some air fresheners. read more

I loved this place!! We had business to attend in Ashburn and we decided to stay here for a couple of days. A huge shout-out to Lindsey and Rose!! Front desk gals who were a delight to chat awhile about the town. Both were so nice and got us some extra clean towels. Rose had made fresh coffee and it was super-tasty.. We had booked an extra night but decided to go home a few hours earlier back to Florida..The beds were so comfortable, the air conditioner was really quiet ( brand new LG unit)..we are smokers but since the room is non-smoking we just marched outside our door and there was an ashtray. The room was super-clean, had every little thing you could need including a mini fridge. Last time we stayed here we had stayed at the Super 8..terrible place.. Glad we were able to get a room and the stuff was super nice.. If any of you plan on staying here, bring some kitty food..there is a colony right across at the Hess station..the town seems to care for the little strays, but we ended up buying lots of extra food for them.. A great hotel, parking lot was empty because of COVID-19. 51 bucks plus tax, a great deal. Room was clean and everything worked.

NO STARS : Would go out of my way then stay here again . Not the nicest staff . Went to the pool and got asked not once , not twice but three times if we belonged to the hotel or we can't use the pool . We showed him our card , told him our room number and he still harassed us . Then once we were in the pool he came and stood there next to the pool and watched us swim . I understand it's a outdoor pool in the back and people might come and use it , but ask once and let it be . Otherwise don't have a pool . No laundry , No fitness center . Staff seemed bothered when you ask them questions . Not a lot of food options around here . Pizza Hut , subway , Mc Donald's . Kinda in the middle of nowhere literally . Soda machines didn't vend , they all flashed no sale for every option . Rooms don't really live up to other best western standards . Small small small bathroom . I can't imagine a bigger person using the toilet . Rooms do have fridge and microwave . This is a super salty review . I wish I had better things to say . read more

Tried to stop here last night while driving through town, and was thwarted by the desk clerk's COMPLETE INABILITY to do her job. There were two men in line in front of me; they'd paid, and were waiting on her to make their key cards. Alas, something seemed to be wrong with the machine that wrote the cards. So she tried another blank. And another. And another. Until she'd used the whole box up. She tried calling someone (the GM? Day manager? Tech support?) but couldn't get any help. Apparently, she either didn't have a master key or physical backup, or simply didn't want to use it, to check in her customers. In addition to her not being able to work the desk, she never acknowledged my walking in the lobby -- not a "Just a moment while I get these keys made," or even a "Hello!" I walked out of the lobby after 17 minutes waiting (judging by the timing of my wife's Facebook post as we pulled into the parking lot, and my response of "Slowest. Check-in. Ever." 17 minutes later, while still waiting), she was starting to explain to the two men why she couldn't refund them either. I strongly suspect that, in addition to losing my business, Best Western had to eat a chargeback or two, unless she figured out how to refund them for the room. read more

Spent a night while on a road trip stop. The room was clean, small bathroom and the hotel was quiet. Good service by the front desk person. Did not use the continental breakfast so I cannot comment on it. I guess it is all right. read more

the bathroom is extremely small, you can barely shut the door without hitting the toilet and there's not space. the floor of the shower is peeled and not washed. there is also a giant hole right next to the shower head. it is also extremely hot and the air conditioners don't work very well. the place is extremely sketchy and overall i would not recommend. read more

We got a deal by reserving 30 days in advance. Our room was clean and spacious. Among other amenities, it featured a microwave, a refrigerator, and a 25" Philips HDTV. Both the beds were firm and comfortable. The staff was generally friendly. The "continental breakfast" was the predictable assortment of cold cereals, do-it-yourself Belgian waffels, hardboiled eggs, etc. There was no fresh fruit in sight. Overall, though, it was a positive experience. I would stay there again. read more

We found two bedbugs in our beds. Other than that, it was an okay stay. Nothing fancy, but it was inexpensive.
