Try to direct you to the support desk that has yet to be able to fix a problem without a technician visit. Have had continual problem with the v and HVAC controls. Only thing that has worked well is the lighting and shades. Pretty expensive system to just be able to turn on light and raise the shades. Would never use BeInnovative again nor recommend anyone else use them.

And when there were problems to be worked around or glitches to be solved, they stayed until the job was perfect. On a couple of occasions, they made special trips back to update things. Recently, we needed a service call and we were promptly scheduled, and the service technician made a special effort to get to the bottom of some issues we were having with our cable service to solve our problem.
