I've been with guys for years and they've always been on time , I'm grateful for their service !!

I have had Best Value for at least 5 years and each year it's getting worse. I pay yearly just so I don't forget, within the last 2 months they have not picked up 4 times and a few other times throughout the year. I have to continue to call, and the say they will go out, they don't go, I call again the same thing. Finally I ask for credit and it was granted, but they good only do 2 weeks credit. I called again Monday and Trina said they would send some one out on Thursday. I told them no, that does not work for me, they need to go Tuesday. Trina said ok, and they would also be out on the regularly schedule day of Thursday. Guess what? No show on Thursday!! This company is on time for billing and answering the phone, but not much else. read more

Horrible service. They never pick up. I was skipped this week. I called in and spoke to a rude lady. She promised it'll be picked up the next day. This has been going on all week. Nevermind they have been at least 2 days late for eight weeks. I'm done with them. I am looking into switching to another service. I filed with the BBB. I encourage everyone to do the same. read more

Worse service ever!! I'd rather pay the extra to a company who actually picks up! Friday will be a month without service! When you call they disconnect you after being on hold 5 minutes. I don't know how they stay in business! Anyone know of any good reasonably priced trash services? I'M DONE read more

I've been with Best Value for quite some time. They sure started out strong, but in the last 2 years, it's like pulling teeth, to get your trash picked up! Supposed to have the trash bin on the curb by 6am and I have, but the trash doesn't get picked up! An entire week goes by and here I am on the 2nd week, it's Trash pick up day, and I called and all they had to say was they'd get to it when they could. Horrible business practices!! WARNING!! Don't Use Them! They are No Longer offering Senior or Veterans discounts! Shame on you Best Value Trash! read more

Another two weeks without trash service, last month 3 weeks, the month before 2 weeks. See a pattern? Unreliable, unapologetic, will not take responsibility but will take your money. When calling to tell them trash has not been picked up this week they respond with "our drivers have until 6pm to pick up trash."......ok 6pm when? Hell freezes over. Their customer service is as functional as their trash service. DO NOT use these crooks. The Better Business Bureau is aware of this business and practices, their answer, "Research a company before using their service". Nothing they can do according to them. The City supposedly can't do anything because licensing a trash service involves trucks passing inspection and offering two sizes of containers, according to a city representative......Best Value is not a service that I would recommend. read more

I rarely result to reviews on businesses unless they are extremely good or extremely bad. There's not a lot of reason that a trash service can go wrong-its pretty basic, I pay for a service to be performed outside the home. If it's done-no complaints. Even when the driver was extremely rude to us, I still have not complained. However, my trash was to be picked up Tuesday-it is now Friday. We have called multiple times. We were told the driver did pick it up...I have added the picture, he obviously did not. When we explained he did not-they said they would send someone. Called again-promised again. Now I have to apparently go through the weekend as well. There are many trash companies in this town-I will be switching to another that can actually pick up the trash as advertised. read more

Best Value Services, LLC - Services NOT rendered - Snow Removal Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

They went out of business 10/22. Had several weeks trash not picked up & check cashed 1st of Oct. for trash service thru end of the year. I was told by the office staff in Haysville mid. Oct. that they would be working on refunds in a few wks. Have not received anything. There is a KAKE news story on their website Oct. 5th that gives people a link to assist with refunds thru the Sedgwick County District Attorney's Office -Consumer Protection division. read more

They used to be a really good company they went way downhill my trash has been setting out at the curb for one month, I've been trying to call him for a month no one answers I leave you on hold for 20 minutes until you to call back. I'm so frustrated with them I'm really tempted to take the trash cans and dump it outside their gates. And I've already paid for the year. read more

The absolute worst trash service in Wichita! I'd rather pay a little extra than to deal with this company! Hardly ever picks trash up on scheduled days, no one answers their phone, and my trash has been piling up for over a week now! They fling your garbage can any kind of way on your lawn when they eventually pick up your trash. There is also a stain in front of my driveway where they spilled all of my trash months ago! THE WORST EVER! read more

I would not recommend this service to anyone who appreciates a schedule. I have had this service for way too long. no one answers the phone and they ask you to please call back without an option of leaving a message. my recycling has been curbside for over a month (not joking)! went out of town for two weeks and it greeted me when I got home. I rarely leave bad reviews but I'm fed up with the lack of caring/consistency with this joke of a company read more

This is not acceptable, if you call to pay, no answer, if you call to find out what your trash has not been picked up no answer, if you call to cancel the service no answer, so what do we need to do? Go to the office and deal with them? How is this fair for anybody? Then you are going to tell me that you are short of employees, parts, trucks, drivers? I need this to be fixed please, a phone call to me will be enough!!!! read more

This company has horrible customer service and even worse pick up service in the last three months of service they have missed more than a full month of pick ups, and when I call and ask when I will get a pick up it will be 1 to 3 days later. I paid for 3 months of pick up and they miss a full month within that they miss a full months service and it doesn't even occur to them to Comp the missing month. As I write this they did not come today which will now mean we are going into second week missed as they did not come last week and three weeks before that they were week behind. They are scamming or stealing money from their clients by not meeting their obligations and contracted agreements. in what business could you charge for four weeks of service and only provide three of it and expect to get paid and now repeat that week after week for months. read more

ZERO Worst trash company in town! My trash is almost never picked up AT ALL. Then they say they are coming and never show up. I currently have two weeks of trash in my home and they ask if I want an 8 dollar refund, no I want you to pick up my trash!!!!! read more

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. As of this writing it has been two weeks since they picked up for my "weekly" trash service. When the office is contacted the very snotty woman says to just put it beside the dumpster, they won't charge any extra. My beef is they are paid for weekly trash service, not bi-weekly, monthly, or when ever they feel like it service. After the holiday I was late paying and got a nasty letter threating to drop me from their service if I am ever late again. Then I got a bill charging me a finance charge for the late payment. Just wondering how I, and the others that are like me, are going to be compensated for the total breech of contract when they aren't providing the services they are paid for in advance. I will be switching services, as I don't expect them to be in business much longer with the way they operate. Update 2-8-2022 As of today we are three weeks without the scheduled pick up. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. read more

I can't recommend this company! They're unreliable, and very unpredictable as well as unprofessional? My biggest issue was I reported my trash cart wheel broken they promise to replace it with new cart they never did? After several months of frustration I called and told them that I would come and pick up the damn cart myself after all the excuses of them being short handed, etc. Which for me was unexceptable. They really didn't make it right now I'm looking for a new trash service? Stay away from this worthless company they'll piss you off at some point! read more

As a new customer, gotta say the service is horrible. Last week they forgot to pick up my trash and recycle bins, I called and they sent a truck the next day. This week, they bypassed me again but said they would be out to get it - again, they forgot and now it's Saturday so I'll have to drag my cart and bags back to the curb again on Monday. Not a good way to treat new customers! Update: a week later, they forgot me again. That's three weeks in a row, after calling them each time and hearing apologies and promises. WORST. SERVICE. EVER!!! read more

Best Value Services, LLC - Snow Removal Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

When I signed on at the beginning of 2014, they were pretty reliable. I've stuck with them because their price has barely gone up at all (currently $66 for 3 months). Over the past couple years, it's just been less and less reliable. Sometimes they'd be a day late (not counting the holiday schedules) but still pick up. Then every once in a while, they'd miss me entirely and I'd have to call and get a credit. Now, they've missed the past two weeks, and when I call, I'm told they're "running behind" but will be there the next day. Hasn't happened. Rather than wait for them to miss a third week, I think I'm going to check around for better options. Would be 1 star, but benefit of the doubt that it could get better, and the price seems good. read more

I just hired these people a month ago and they have been here one time on my supposed pick up day. The rest of the time the dumpster sits at the end of my drive overflowing with trash. I actually paid ahead of time for piss poor service. read more

We have had this trash service for years(BEST VALUE TRASH SERVICE)they owes us for 3months of non existing trash service, after repeated calls at first they answered there phones with excuses, now nothing waste link picked up our trash and said that Best Value was no longer open we've never been contacted in any way to let us no anything. They owe us atleast our money back. And to get there trash can off my property. We've went to BBB and the city commissioner, all we can do at this point. And get a new service. read more

In the last 2 months, this company has missed my trash pickup at about 6 times and whrn I ask why, they can't give me a legitimate reason. They missed this Wednesday morning and asked if they could pickup on our regular day next week. Not good enough. I have paid in advace every 3 months for the last 6 years. They never did this before, all during the height of COVID they picked up. Just the last 2 months. read more

This is the absolutely worst trash service ever! They never come on the service date! I have called and complained thirty times at least this year alone! My trash is still sitting at the curb a week late for pick up again this week! They made promises and excuses but never came and got it! Are they gonna come clean up the mess from trash up and down the street because they don't come get it? Horrible, they blame equipment and sick employees. Best Value Services, LLC - Best value=WORST SERVICE!! Switching to eagle trash service asap - Snow Removal Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

Would not pick up the trash in a timely manner. Unable to get in touch with a company rep.

Best Value trash service has horrible customer service, what's even worse is Ashley the manager attitude, lack of communication with the customers, not picking up trash for days at a time. Few months back we didn't get trash picked up for weeks at a time. when you explain these situations to the office nothing ever happens, and won't get fixed. Do not recommend this company read more

This is by far the worst trash company. They don't pick up your trash 50 percent of the time and still charge you a normal rate. They are hard to get ahold of and won't do anything to right their wrongs. DO NOT go with Best Value no matter how cheap the price. read more

Service has become completely inconsistent, and yet they have the gall to raise their price.

Service is awful. We have had them for a several months and they pick up maybe 2 times a month. We have to call at least once a month asking why it hasn't been picked up. Called today and the woman had no reason as to why our trash didn't get picked up. So it's still sitting out there and we have more that needs to go. Will be switching as I'm not gonna pay for service that doesn't exist. Do not use. Find someone else. read more

We have had best value now for two years and I have absolutely no problems with them there on time and they do a good job.

Horrible services, never on time. They usually take more than 2 weeks to pick up my trash can. It's been like this for over a year. I'm a fool for staying that long but it is what it is. Wouldn't recommend it even if it was the last trash company in the world. They should be ashamed of the service they provide read more

I give one star because zero is not available. I have had this company for years and was happy. Now they don't pick up. I paid for 3 months of service, they didn't pick up even half the time. The female I spoke to didn't seem to know much about anything and never gave me a straight answer about anything. I've been trying to reach them since 12:15 and have been on hold and disconnected multiple times. I don't know what's going on over there but this is how businesses cease to exist. read more
