Seems people were using it for their own personal garbage dump so they pretty much ruined it for the legit recyclers. THANKS ALOT PEOPLE! Also just a fyi Ballinger does not take credit or debit cards. Not sure about personal checks. We use our card to pay all our utilities but know we need cash when going to pay these guys. Its no problem at all, just be aware they dont take cards.
