Park at your own risk. You get what you pay for as usual.. We arrived at the lot only to find the office empty and had to wait almost 15 minutes for the driver/shuttle to return to check us in. Only to get stuffed into a cargo van, as the nice preflight shuttles go by. The bathroom was a Port O John out the back door in the parking lot, and ALL the keys are hanging on a board on the floor ready to be stolen by the first crook who looks through the window. A very sketchy operation too say the least. Can't believe TF Green let's this company on their property. Oh ya, they don't even list the right addressee, so good luck finding them and your car! read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! Stay away from this place. We had a printed reservation, arrived on time, entered the 'office' (portable cabin that lacked any signage or matching furniture) only to be told that the lot was full and there was nothing they could do! I explained that I had a reservation (partially paid) but that counts for NOTHING. We were told to try Thrifty down the road... no apology, no effort to find alternatives. This is not a place for you or your car, fortunately, we had sufficient time and Thrifty were able to accommodate with a great attitude, marginally more expensive but and quick drop off and pick up. read more

Worst value parking more like it. Never ever go to this place! It's supposed to be 24/7 security, but there are no cameras, no fences, nothing. There's one guy who is working in the place and they just leave the keys everywhere where anyone can walk in and take the keys and your car. The shuttles are supposed to be 5-10 minutes apart but you're actually waiting 30 minutes. It's also supposed to be valet parking but you're expected to park yourself in the parking lot that's so unorganized. There's only room for 11 people in the shuttle but we had to fit 17 people some how. Never going here again!!! And the guy said it's like this every day. read more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! After traveling all day we walked across the skywalk with all our luggage as directed to a dark back road. We call the phone number provide and on the website for pick up.....THE PHONE HAD BEEN DISCONNECTED.....Midnight after traveling all day and we are walking around dark back streets to hopefully find our truck!! PASS THE WORD. Dont pay for a service that leaves you on dark back roads by your self.....imagine how we felt to find the PHONE was DISCONNECTED!! No star in sight for this company!! read more

Ridiculous. Called number given for pick up over 7 times and got an answering machine. It's 2am and I'm stuck in the skywalk doorway with a dude sleeping on the bench. Call the emergency number and it's the Boston Logan branch. Are you serious. Never again read more

Great option for parking. You're transported to the airport in a small van. They are very fast getting you back and forth. Your car is kept in a small private lot. Drivers/ staff very courteous. No searching for your car in a big airport lot. Will definitely use them again! read more

We used this lot back in February not knowing that they didn't drop you off at the airport. They drove us to the walkway. We almost missed our flight because they don't tell you this on the website. We used Thrifty on our last trip and had a great experience. I don't know why Best Value doesn't just make us pay the drop off fee for leaving us at the airport. Do yourself a favor and never use this company. read more

September,2017 returning from a trip(12:30a.m.) when we called the number for pick up there was no answer, answering service gave another number to call, this was the number for Boston, what??? We could see the facility from the train station walk-way, so my husband walk over there, no one was there, building locked!! Found our car, walked with our luggage from skywalk back to parking, by this time it is after 1:00 in the morning, we always have spare key, got in our car & drove home, lot was not locked!! The next day drove back to lot to get our other car key, the attendant says to me picking up, I informed him of the incident last night, they didn't even know my car had been taken off lot. Got in touch with manager Brian, he told me attendant had an emergency & had to leave, someone SHOULD have replaced him knowing they had customers arriving. Brian assured me that I would be compensated, he offered me complimentary parking for my next trip. So I booked a reservation with him for February 2018, when we got to the lot it was CLOSED!!! Note on the door, relocating. I should of been notified so I could make other arrangements instead of having to deal with this on the morning of our flight, and finding another parking service, which we were very lucky, there was one right next door & that facility was excellent!! I and many of my family/friends will never use Best(worst)Value Parking again!!!!!! , read more

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this company. Do yourself a favor and never ever even consider parking there. I picked up my car and the battery was dead. The attendant kindly jumped my car and got it running. However, as I drove home, it became clear that my car has serious electrical problems that will cost me a fortune to fix. I called and asked to speak to a manager. "Bob" answered the phone and refused this request. He also became quite hostile while my demeaner remained calm and collected. Friends, I have no idea what kind of monkey business occurs while cars sit in this lot when we are away. But, if you want to avoid significant damage, do not park in this lot. read more

reserved online for parking with prepaid deposit. arrived at 430 am, lights were off, car parked in front of gate, no one inside office. Attempted to call toll free number for refund since they weren't open even though 24 hour advertised lot. Would never use them again. When requested a refund was told only a future credit would be issued read more

I've used Best Value Parking about 6 times but this is the last time. I called ahead to make sure I could take my car keys with me because I've had joy riders in my type of car and wanted to eliminate that. I was assured that was OK so I prepaid. When I got to the lot, they said it was full and I could not take my keys so an argument broke out. Like everyone else said, they now drop you off 500 feet behind the lot at the skywalk which is a very long walk to/from the terminal with heavy luggage. When I got back from my trip, I called them but they did not come to pick my wife and I up. I had to leave her there with our luggage in a seedy neighborhood and walk to the lot to get my car. HORRIBLE! read more

They don't take you to the terminal as stated in there confirmation email. Instead you are taken to the sky walk which is further from the terminal than Best Value. Take an elevator to the third floor, traverse three walkways thank goodness for the mobile walkways, then down escalators to the terminal, all with luggage. Then back again upon return. The sky bridge is about three city blocks in length. read more

Arrived at office and found it locked with nobody inside. Starting to get nervous, but after about 15 minutes someone came to open up. Next, our plane was taking off in one hour, and the van driver has to wait for a last passenger who has not even shown up yet. We finally got off the van and walked to the skywalk ourselves, which is only a block away. The bathroom in the office was disgusting, and the employees had an attitude. We will never use this service again, just to save a few dollars. It's not worth the aggravation. read more

250 feet from the much more expensive TF Green long term lot & walkable to the Sky bridge. Very friendly staff. Shout out to Tyrone!

Terrible. One thing I didn't realize is that you need to give them your keys when you park there so they can pack the cars in and I didn't know this before I was already there and running to catch a plane. They lost my keys. I had to rent a car to get home. I tried to get money for the car rental and I never got it. He said I was lucky I had my car in a lit area, which makes me think. I can see if you didn't have trouble it would be okay but I wouldn't go back. A lot of the on-line ads for this place are from a third party so there's layers to these deals and you don't even know who's processing the transaction. read more

Users beware. My first (and last) experience using this relatively inexpensive airport parking service for T.F. Green airport in Warwick, servicing Providence, RI was a bit of a disaster. A very non-professional operation, with poor reliability and poor service. The drop off of car was okay; price was almost 50% less than competitor in area, so what's not to like? Plenty. Pickup was late as they could not find the key to my car and the designated pickup spot is away from the airport, so standing out in the cold and rain was a drag. When I got my car I was driving home and noticed the passenger side mirror was wobbly inside the holder. When I arrived home I checked and the mirror fell into my hands, as the clips holding it in place had been broken. It cost me $50 to replace the mirror and Best Value Parking said I should have checked car for damage and notified them before leaving the lot. Obviously they damaged vehicle while it was parked there then tried to hide it by trying to put mirror back in place. I could not discover the damage until I was driving vehicle away. When I later notified them, they said they would not pay for it and I had no recourse. Safer to pay a few more dollars to park at a more reputable long term airport parking business in the area. read more

This place needs to be shut down. I reserved parking online with a credit card. When we arrived for our early morning flight we waiting in line in a filthy, stinky room that was completely unorganized. After being made to wait, were then told that they weren't accepting credit cards that morning to pay reservation balances. There was no mention of this online or posted anywhere. We then said if they were unable to accept credit cards at that time, that we would pay at pick up- they did have our car as collateral after all. The attendant said not happening and then took their time moving our car so that we could find alternate arrangements. With other much more secure, professional options steer clear of this sketchy "business" read more

Dropped car off at 4 in the morning, place was disgusting, ants crawling up the wall, van was all dented, had to bring our own luggage to van, drop off was ok, but pickup whole different matter, called like he said when we arrived, he said he would be there in a few min, waited, waited, waited outside where the man told us to wait, never showed up, my sister actually walked over to the place, got my car and picked me up, man said we were supposed to call, yeah buddy i called 45 min ago, NEVER AGAIN will I try to save money. I wish my Pre-flight didn't close, they were wonderful, STAY far away from this place! Pay the few dollars extra. And the add said they would drop right at airport, well no way he said, he dropped off at the skybridge, long walk. Bad, Bad Service! read more

Just got back from Florida for a week. Staff were courteous and professional; got dropped off at the airport (really just around the corner); called while waiting for my luggage, walked a few steps out the airport and they were there to pick us up. Car was ready when van pulled into the lot. All this for insanely cheap rates! Would definitely do this again. read more

The service here has become less consistent and there are more frequent issues. Even though I always created a reservation online, it was rarely in their system when I dropped my car off, so they would look at me with suspicion - like I was trying to take advantage of their reservation rate when I had no reservation. Also, the "personal" service started to seem less professional - they don't seem to move with urgency and they only have one shuttle, which means you can be stuck waiting for a little while. I've started to use PreFlight Parking, which is much more automated, streamlined and predictable process - which I prefer when I leave at 6am, and when I return at 1am, and when I have a wife and baby with me. Preflight has a Frequent Parker program that saves me roughly 10% and gives me airline miles, which basically cancels out the low price advantage of Best Value Parking. I usually like yo give my business to the local outfit, and while I still think they're OK, I've moved on to greener pastures. read more

Here's the email I sent them. It was returned email address not valid: I'm writing to let you know my disappointment and I would like reimbursement for damages that occurred to my car for your attendants negligence. I reserved a spot in your lot on line for parking February 8, 2017 through February 12, 2017. I provided all my flight information and it was even written on the ticket left on my dashboard. I picked your lot because it specifically stated that you remove snow and have the car warmed up. Upon dropping off I wasn't real comfortable since the office reeked of marijuana and the attendants appeared high. I should have trusted my gut and left. I'm not sure why I left the keys behind, since the car was not warm nor ready when I arrived. We were told "well it snowed so much so you will have to wait." I found this unacceptable since the attendant knew the arrival time of my flight. Why was my car not cleared prior? One person in my party walked to the lot and cleaned my car off with a brush I have in my car. The car was in another spot and he was told it was because during a snow storm on a prior day it had been cleaned off and moved. Yes apparently it had been cleaned off with a shovel as it was noticed I have numerous scratches on the hood of my car that now it requires a body shop to fix. Please tell me how a place a claim to be reimbursed for the fixing of my car. If it requires a call to the Warwick Police Department then please let me know and I will make the complaint. read more

Good experience...arrived from a warm vacation to a freezing night, pickup van right there for us and car warmed up upon arriving...will visit again....(be aware you leave your key obviously, my wife made the reservation and I wasn't aware, but if you're ok with that, we had no problems) read more

We tried this parking lot again but not in the same way we used it in Feb. My parents dropped off the car for us while we were already on vacation so we didn't have the check in fiasco we had the last time. The pick up is just fantastic. We hardly waited and the car was warm and ready for us when we got back to the lot. read more

Best Value Parking is your best value, $6.99 per day is hard to beat. They do everything that the competitors do, plus they will have your car running with the A/C or heat upon return. I park here so often that I enrolled in the Frequent Parker Program which is like rewards points for my stays! I have never had a bad experience with Best Value, I recommend them on the plane all the time to others. read more

Great Experience. Used Best Value for the first time because I had found them on line and they were 1/2 the price o the parking venue I typically use when flying out of TF Green. This was not thru Groupon. On Groupon there was a coupon for Airport parking and when I called them they said they would not accept the coupon this is why I searched further and found Best Value. Service was prompt and courteous. When we returned from FL into these cold temps my car was warm and waiting for me. I would definitely recommend. Small organization that has the potential of doing really well if they maintain their current customer service standards. read more

Not recommended. Besides the sketchy feeling other people have mentioned, the office and entire area surrounding the office had a very strong odor of marijuana. I really don't know how people who are in the business of shuttling passengers and driving customers' cars can even think about smoking marijuana while working. Plus, when I got back, I was told to call when I was at the end of the Sky Walk and they would pick me up right away. After waiting for the shuttle, I decided I could walk to the lot quicker than having to wait for the shuttle. To top it off, when I got in my car, every single one of my presets on my radio had been reprogrammed. Who does that? read more

Used this parking lot and will never again!!! Arrive at midnight in pouring rain and was told my car wouldn't start. Come to find out the attendant that picked me up told me that the other attendant that parked my car after I left it there 10 days ago and left my lights on because my Audi has manual lights. Waited for triple A to jump start my car and didn't get home till 2:30am in the pouring rain. I had to go to Connecticut the next morning to meet clients and the car would not start,( the battery was purchased within a year). Instead of going to Connecticut I spent the morning buying a battery and waiting in a auto place to have it put in. I was given the owner's telephone number which his voice mail is full and also his email which I sent an email and haven't heard any reply. After spending $167 for a battery for my Audi and $62.000 to have it put in, I WILL NEVER USE THIS PARKING LOT AGAIN!!! The owner does not care what happens to your car in this lot! read more

I have a very similar experience to others who parked with Best Value Parking on Post Road in Warwick RI to fly out of T.F. Greene Airport. Returned on February 10 just before 11pm. It was snowing. Called them to pick me up. Attendant told me it would be about 10-15 minutes because he would need to clean off the car, Took him 25 minutes to come get me. When we got back, he said he needed to go clean off the car. So he hadn't done it before! He brought the car up and it still had snow on the roof and looked like a lousy job cleaning the car. Next morning when I took the car out of my garage to clean off the rest of the snow, I started seeing the scratches all over the car as if a scraper, shovel or something else was used. Numerous phone calls to them and finally to a Jim Marotte(sp?) who said he would look into it and refused to give me the name of their insurance company. A week has gone by and he doesn't return phone calls or answer email (jim@paylessri.com). Time to file police reports and complaints with Attorney General's Office for these despicable people who run a shoddy business. read more

Check in was fine. The checking out part turned into a nightmare. I called ahead when my plane landed to make sure that my car was ready to go when I got over there. I decided to walk over instead of waiting for their shuttle and when I got there the attendant began to look for my key. And then he looked some more. Eventually after an hour and a half of looking for my key that was no where to be found, I was put on the phone with the owner Jim who told me he was sorry for the inconvenience and that I could rent a car to bring my family home and he would reimburse me for the expenses. I then had to drive back up there to drop off the rental car the next day and pick up my car because my keys happened to turn up. Jim assured me that he would compensate me for my time and inconvenience but a month and a half later and he has done nothing to pay for my rental car or anything else. I cannot understand how this man runs a business in this manner. I will never be using this company again. read more
