So for the…read morepast six months I either answered my phone on speaker or if I couldn't trust what you were going to say I sent you to voicemail. So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.

I have no clue why or what happened. Stressed and visiting from out of town I didn't know what to do. I went to Verizon and they were zero help - except they told me to try this shop. I waited for like 2 minutes even tho it felt like eternity - when an angel walked out from the back. Stressed because I though I had lost 7000+ pictures I was completely devastated. Devin talked to me and figured out what happened, and like a miracle she got my phone to turn on. Immediately I burst out in tears like a loser, but it really was that emotional for me. I am not a hugger, but I needed to hug her and express my happiness! Basically - please give them a shot because that wonderful miracle worker saved me from so much heartache!!!!

I sent in another message and another week of nothing goes by, so I go in person to get a quote and they say if any micro soldering needs to be done they'd send my system to their technician. I get an update a week later that they don't known what's wrong. After 2 weeks of waiting in total I get a call and they tell me they don't know what's wrong and that they actually don't do any micro soldering and I'd need to find some other place to fix it. I wish they wouldn't have lied about the micro soldering at least id understand why they don't know what's wrong but it took them 2 weeks to tell me a new battery won't work and they don't know any more than that.
