They don't validate for parking so either pay for the astromical parking fee at the 1600 Smith garage, or circle around the block to find a free parking (which is limited by traffic hours). I had my massage on a Saturday (because I was told the therapist only works Thursday afternoon and Saturday by appts only - again, my point about the inconvenient hours). My appointment had to be scheduled out almost 4 weeks in advance. I wasn't given information on how to gain access to the building on a Saturday, which added to the frustration of the entire experience. Massage was good, and I would love to continue to get treatment there, but I just cannot summon the energy to deal with the whole experience of getting an appointment, getting to downtown, and finding the darn office again.

My favorite part is that they all workout, so if you get injuries from any type of exercising, they know from experience what they are working with. Some chiropractors just snap, crack, and pop and send you off. You don't feel a connection, this is NOT the case at all here. You can feel the passion everyone has to be of top notch service. Right when I started coming in, we all had great conversation and I just felt right at home! Like many places, they've experienced staff changes over the years due to life circumstances, such as people moving away or changes in management. Even through those transitions, the therapists who remain continue to provide exceptional care. I especially want to recognize Lauren. She has been working with my young teen for almost a year, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. She always takes the time to listen, adjusts his treatment plan when something isn't working, and makes sure he feels comfortable and supported. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients, and her passion for helping people shines through in every appointment. Finding a physical therapist who connects so well with a teenager isn't always easy, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have Lauren. Woodlands Wellness charges its patients for no-shows. How much do I get when you don't show? Or how about paying for lots of lab work but never getting the lab results back or having any follow-up with the doctor? What's the no-show refund for that? Or how about being told multiple times that the reason you're not getting information from the doctor is that they have your email address entered into the system incorrectly, and yet when you give them the correct email address you still don't get any information because it's still "entered in the system incorrectly"? This is a really expensive clinic that does not take insurance, but don't worry. They make up for it by being disorganized and unprofessional. Hey, Dr. Davis, I'm sure you have plenty of other patients. Don't worry about losing me or my wife.
