Yairo's Home Remodeling is the company to call if you have issues with your home. The father was…read morean excellent Home Builder and taught each one of his sons a different aspect of the home building process. I needed to have a new vinyl floor installed in my office at the front of my home. Jairo Yairo, Nehemias Rivera, and Charley gave me a very reasonable estimate on the work required and then went to town on the job. They purchased the Vinyl flooring that I had selected at Lowes and went right to work on the project. I watched as they meticulously pieced every plank together and made sure it was perfectly fitted to the planks surrounding it. They replaced the trim and did a fantastic job of painting it. The total job took 7 to 8 hours. They don't cut corners. If you want to get the job done right, call Yairo's Home Remodeling at 936-235-5837. They will blow your job in the Endzone!!! If you want a high quality landscape design by landscape architects and a team that can execute the…read moredesign without any hassles, I would strongly recommend that you consider Archer Services. We bought a new home with builder grade (really bad) landscaping in 2024, and decided that we wanted to take out everything (trees, shrubs, lawn) and start over including adding a swing arbor, pavers, vegetable beds, screening shrubs, new large trees, and multiple trellises. We have moved into 7 different houses over the years and improved each home's landscaping ourselves. This time we wanted someone else to do the work and were fortunate to find Archer Services. We were 100% satisfied with every part of the design and installation process. Michael listened to what we wanted in both visual appeal and functionality, and developed a design; Aaron put it together visually with a 3D design and answered all our detailed questions; Alex helped us get the design approved through a very challenging HOA process; and Ryan led his superb crew to execute the design while keeping us informed on progress and any issues. The finished product looks exactly like the design that Michael and Aaron originally presented to us. Another very satisfied Archer Services customer!

We decided to go with Cure-Rite Concrete after receiving a few other bids. Even though they weren't…read morethe cheapest option, we chose them because Jasper, Cristian, and their crew clearly stood out, and we're so glad we did. Their craftsmanship was exceptional, and their professionalism was evident from day one. From our first conversation, Jasper took the time to walk us through his portfolio and explain the different types of concrete, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions. We hired Cure-Rite Concrete for two major projects. The first was installing a brand-new three-car driveway with additional sidewalks and replacing the damaged concrete supporting the pillars of our garage apartment. The second project required them to travel nearly 20 miles to my parents' home to replace an aging boardwalk with a slanted cement walkway leading to the entrance, and to bulldoze a 50-year-old cement-and-brick pillar to make room for a small side patio. Their crew worked seamlessly across both properties, and impressively, both projects were completed within a week and done beautifully. We had a few minor hiccups along the way, but Jasper and Cristian were quick to respond and addressed every issue promptly and professionally. If you have a project involving new cement, do yourself a favor and hire Cure-Rite Concrete. In fact, my parents were so pleased with the results that they're planning to hire them again to install a cement back patio, a side patio, and to replace their old two-car driveway. Thank you, Jasper and Cristian, for delivering two projects with true excellence. Highly recommended!

TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY…read more Wife of the previous 1-star review describing the concrete seal / anti-scratch nightmare. SOOO happy Cristian responded to our review in the manner that he did -- perfectly shows who he and his company is, what they stand for, and what awaits you as a homeowner. 1) Admits that one of HIS EMPLOYEES DID make those promises to us. This is the only reason we decided to move forward with the job -- "nothing will scratch this product". Particularly our dogs and entry foot traffic. If we would've been told that there was ANY risk of scratches, we would've never moved forward and co toned looking for other treatments. We were deceived. 2) "Employee is no longer with us" Just because you fired someone one later, doesn't mean that the promises (lies), and work (mess) they did while representing your company magically go away. It was your employee, working under your name, take accountability, that's business. 3) "Sorry we couldn't keep your dog from scratching your floor" Again, dodging accountability and flipping the blame back to the homeowner. Outrageous statement to make after having admitted that his employee did make promises of "nothing will scratch this product", and us having specifically asked about - dogs, shoes, rocks, and dragging furniture. But what he will tell you now is, "you should've known". As if the homeowner is expected to be the expert. Extremely childish. 4) Despite whatever he may say now, IN WRITING, he agreed to pay back 50% of the job ($2500) over 10 months. And after 5 months, only $200 has been paid. He will dodge every call, every text, and when you do finally reach him, he will LIE and say "oh yes, I'll send it right now" , and then have you start the monthly chase cycle again. He made this agreement himself. Not a former employee. So what's the excuse now? Yet another example of Cristian and his company failing in their promises and commitments.
