Installation was done perfectly - 2 young guys came, set up in 30-40 minutes in the best place possible in the yard. Set up the tables and left the chairs on top as we planned to move the tables around. Linens were fine, but instead of red as ordered, they gave us white - but they returned the next day and left the red ones for use. Tent was perfect, and they came a few days after the event and took down the tent and chairs with no problem.

BP apparently is two women in the Lenox area who prepare delicious, gorgeous picnics on request for any special occasion. Ours was a picnic at Tanglewood before a concert. We arrived to find tables all set up and waiting for us (marked by a white balloon). The food arrayed before us included fresh, carefully chosen items including superior cuts of roast beef, chicken, prosciutto, salami and all kinds of appetizers and snacks and salads, and a chocolate cake for dessert. Add in wine, beer and water, and we had ourselves a feast. The tables included a lovely covering and a candlelabra and comfortable pillows around it. We could have asked for nothing more. Except -- when we were done they CLEANED UP!! All we had to do when the concert ended was leave, not pack up baskets, chairs and dishes, just walk away. We think Berkshire Picnics is the greatest discovery since sliced bread. Apparently so did many people at Tanglewood, who kept walking by and admiring the picnic and asking us to tell them all about it -- which we cheerfully did. Yes, it is expensive. But wow, try it and we are confident you'll be amazed, too.

Since it wasn't an emergency they gave me the office phone number, and first thing Monday morning Megan called to get my information and set up an appointment. Chris came to empty the tank, dug out the cover, and fixed a problem in the tank. He also figured out where the waiter was coming from and was able to unclog that pipe too. He was here for several hours with his assistant Eric, troubleshooting the problem and didn't leave until all solutions were exhausted. The price for the work they did was very reasonable as well. Chris and Megan are very kind, understanding and compassionate. They went above and beyond! I gave 5 stars but wish it could be 100, that is how good they are. They care about their customers very much. I would highly recommend them.
