Meaning that Holy Land Treasures paid for expidited (probably over-night) shipping at no cost to us!!! As if that weren't enough, they also included a beautiful cross with Bethlehem soil in the base as a way to apologize for the delay!!! WOW. Please support great businesses like this one.

This was in January it is now March going into April and I have not received any help from upper management. I called around myself to several neighboring stores to see if they had the queen size headboard and frame just to be told the same thing from all they have trucks coming in. Which is the same thing I have been told for almost 12 weeks now. I am super unhappy and would not recommend this store to anyone. Super unprofessional. The manager of the Rocky Mount store has not been helpful at all. I was told someone would reach back out to me and it has been a month with no phone call. I still have an unopened box for a full size sitting in my bedroom from December. I just want to be able to finish putting my bedroom together with an entire bedroom set! I loved this old house. I could see the potential in it, but it needed a lot of work. I bought it from the nephew and niece of the man who passed away that owned it. I started working on it with my younger brother who was a great Carpenter.)RIP) We went in head first and started working on the house every day in the night until midnight. I work on this house for seven years. I bought an old railroad jack from the flea market and my brother jacked up the porch with my ex-husband and replace the rotten support system to level it out. It had original radiator steam heat from the boiler that was in the basement in the whole house, but it didn't work. I heard a good Plumber to come down and repair the boiler system and get the heat back on. It was a big job. I put my heart and soul in this house and a whole lot of money. I loved it. And was so proud of it. Seven years after refinishing it, I submitted it to the historical study and in two years later, they selected my home to go on the national historical register in my name! I sold it and I wish I still had it but one of my friends has it as a consignment shop. And keeps it up nice
