Then he put the owner on the phone who told me that it needed to be returned within 24 hours or they wouldn't exchange it. Terrible customer service and they don't honor their products. All about the money.

I decided to call the store i wasn't looking for a free deal or my money back I was simply letting him know what I had received. he proceeded to talk to me like a punk and insulting me. I asked for a number I could call to try to talk to someone and was given no information. I tried calling the store and got the same person and told him I would call back when I can speak with someone reasonable. he proceeded to call my number back 12 times to which I never answered. upon trying several days later I found that this person blocked my number so I simply used my wife's phone. long story short... the days of slinging rag weed out of grandma's basement are over! my friends and family have all moved to a different place of business. the owners may want to look at this employee because if you can have that kind of disrespect for a customer while working in a smoke shop, you may not be cut out to work with the public

They sell a variety of stuff but they specialize in tobacco products. They have an incredible selection of pipe tobacco, cigars, cigs, smoking accessories, as well as a vast wall of magazines of all kinds & a variety of newspapers. The smell that greets you when you walk in the door is amazing! Between the smells of tobacco, magazines & fresh roasted peanuts, it is heavenly! Yes, they roast their own peanuts too, and they are delish. The store recently added vintage items to their offerings & they have some really cool stuff at great prices. I highly recommend seeing this hometown favorite if you are in Wooster, you're bound to find something you love!

The young girl that was helpful last time was with a customer, and there was an older lady with cute colorful hair working as well. We walked in. NO ONE greeted us. We stood in line for 8-10 minutes and NO ONE acknowledged our presence. No "I'll be with you shortly" or "welcome to vapor mix, we'll be with you in a moment". At that point, I didn't want to spend money there as they were rude. Hubby felt otherwise, so we continued to wait. Once it was our turn, we moved up to the counter. The older lady behind it, still didn't greet us & decided to puff on her vape a few times in front of us, before she acknowledged us. So we pay the money to test out flavors. Hubby is explaining to her what he's looking for. She gives her recommendations (we're new to vaping) on juices that are potent in flavor. She gives us a flavor to try. Hubby says he can't really taste it, so I tried it. I couldn't really taste the flavor either after a big hit. She "claimed" it was because the pen was bad.....well if that's the case, why is the store using them? So the protective cap came off the pen & fell on the floor. The older lady rolled her eyes, and reluctantly brought over the dish for us to get another protective covering. When i said to her, I wasn't able to taste the flavoring either, she got somewhat defensive. I wish I had gotten her name. She was no only rude, but also completely incompetent at her job. She didn't seem to know much about the juices the store sold, as she was asking the young nice girl for help. Needless to say, we will NOT be going back.....
