I trim my own cuticles so there's nothing to trim. Then he painted my nails.... No massage, no cuticle oil, nothing. They were going to charge me $20 for a manicure when all he did was get my fingers wet and paint them with regular polish. When I told the front desk woman what happened, she called the dude over and tried to argue with me about it. I explained if he had done a manicure why was I back there for a total of 15 minutes and half of that was waiting for him? So I paid for the polish only and left. I'm a pretty good tipper usually as well, 50%-100%. They missed out. My niece got a full set, and the lady that did her nails didn't speak any english at all, and was rude as well. It's super disappointing when you want to pamper your self a little and get that kind of terrible service. Will be looking for recommendations for a place that does the service they say they are going to do and are not rude.

She understood the assignment with precision and grace. I'm beyond pleased. Kevin handled my pedicure, and we both opted for the Honey Milk Pedicures--10/10. The massage, both regular and hot stone, was exactly what we didn't know we needed. Kevin's exfoliation skills? Top-tier. My legs and feet felt like they were floating afterward. The entire atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and we were even offered wine and beer while being pampered. It's those little extras that really make a difference.
