I booked 30 minutes since I had one specific area that needed work. I discussed the exact area that needed work. I did not request Deep Tissue, I believe regular treatment would have been sufficient. The MT didn't seem to break away from her routine and focus on my trouble spot. It was very frustrating and NO...I'm not going to tell the MT what to do.
