What a waste of $20 for drop in for a hip hop class with a substitute. my daughter had her trial class with a regular teacher two weeks ago. Absolutely loved it. Very Structure and organized. she asked to come back so we paid a $20 drop in fee. it was a complete waste of time. Teacher spent 10 minutes talking who knows about what. ( the class is only 45min. ) and decided to show off his back flip ... and talk about random craps. Kids are yelling . Zero control. He encouraged the behavior sadly ... what a joke read more

This my daughters third season at Best Foot Forward and we love it. I can tell that my daughter continues to improve every year because of the teaching staff. They are so dedicated to making this an enjoyable and learning experience at every age level. Ms. Cameron has the patience of a Saint. We also look forward to the annual recital. The organization and set up that goes into it is phenomenal. I'm sure it's not easy to coordinate that many kids and parents to make the show a success but Ms. Amy makes it look effortless. We have also enrolled our daughter in the dance camps. Those are just as much fun and gives an opportunity to break up the lull if the summer. My daughter is too young for the competition team but as long as she's still interested I can't imagine embarking on that journey with any other dance studio. As you can see this studio has a lot to offer that ultimately provides an environment for a healthy group activity where kids can grow and learn the importance if what it means to be a part of a team. My daughters have been dancing at BFF for 13 years. The teaching staff is amazing and truly goes out of their way to help each dancer meet their full potential. BFF definitely has a family feel. My daughter who is a junior in high school is planning on pursuing dance now as a career. I credit the teaching staff for their love and support of her over the last 13 years and helping instill in her a love of dance. There is every age dancer at the studio from two-year-olds all the way up to seniors in high school. Definitely highly recommend you check it out! We found Best Foot Forward seven years ago when my daughter was age seven. She was a very very shy young girl who would not even speak to the other girls for much of her first year, but she absolutely loved the opportunity to dance and instantly loved the teaching staff who really helped build her confidence and helped her come out of her shell. By year two she joined the competition team which she has been on ever since. Through the years at BFF, I have watched my sweet girl turn into a spunky young lady. I give much credit to the teaching team who have helped guide and teach her and build her confidence. The teaching staff have been such a great encouragement to her in both dance and in life! She has learned not only dance but discipline, commitment, self-confidence, teamwork, persistence, respect, courage and much much more. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at BFF. It is absolutely a family atmosphere and in fact, I have taken adult classes myself and now my 15 year old son has decided to take a class which is fantastic! I never thought I'd see the day when my son would entertain dance as an activity that he would voluntarily participate in! We love the BFF teaching staff and the families that are there. We all encourage the kids and each other. It has been a joy to watch not only my children but the other kids who have grown and excelled in dance through the years. I originally reviewed BFF about 5 years ago and I thought I would come back to post an update. Our family has grown with this studio and it has continued to be a positive experience. I now have four (including me) dancers here and can't say enough how much we love BFF! The instructors are all top notch and I feel as if my kids are getting so much more than just learning how to dance. They are learning dance history and terminology, rhythm, coordination, self-control, discipline and respect for others as well as themselves. There are 3 studios which allows for a great variety of classes for my entire family at times that work for our schedule. There is plenty of space for parents and siblings to observe, chat, play or get work done while we wait. I am so grateful to have found BFF! We have made some great friends and great memories and I couldn't imagine dancing anywhere else! read more

My daughter has been dancing here for 6 years. She is also part of the dance competition team for five years. She has grown so much as a dancer and a person. She a learned what teamwork really means. She has gained so many great friends! The teachers are amazing! They challenge the girls and boys to work hard and be the best dancers they can be. She respects the teachers and loves each one of them. The studio has three different studios to allow a variety of classes to be going on. It is not only a great experience for my daughter but, the friends that I have made are priceless. We help each other out like a close family. I love the moms at the studio. This dance studio has lost a lot of students and I see why. There is a lot of favoritism in this studio. It doesn't matter how well you dance it matters who you know to get the leading roles and different outfits. I also think it is very unprofessional for a teacher to bully a student for speaking their mind. If you like the show dance moms and would like to experience the drama then this is the studio for you. read more

BFF is the second studio my daughter has danced at. This is her third year and we love it!! Besides friendly parents and staff they offer a great variety of classes and class times and have the most organized and well ran dance recital. The studio has a great set-up and they are very accommodating if you need to drop off early or pick-up a little late so it's perfect for the working parents!! We attended here for two years, but never felt completely welcomed. I would be fine if it was just me, but my little girl, she started at 3 and we stopped going there right after she turned 5, was treated the same. AT the end of our time there we had two teachers. Only one (the new one) showed her the kindness that most little kids need to feel comfortable. The other had favorites the whole two years we worked with her and barely acknowledged my daughter or myself. I would chalk it up to differing personalities, but that seems like a thin excuse, especially with what happened today. We left there last spring and I am writing this now because we just ran into the teacher who wasn't very kind and she barely said hello to us. My daughter was in her class for two years, and she couldn't even stop and say hi to her? Again, for me it isn't a big deal, but here is a young girl that looked up to her and she made her feel terrible. Mom, why didn't Ms. So and So talk to me? And she did recognize us, we were walking toward each other for about 30 seconds. read more
