Well, I was a new client to the salon house. I brought a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. The…read morehairdresser said she understood what I wanted based on the picture. I already had short hair and just wanted it given a layered look without losing too much length. By the time the hairdresser was done I had a man's cut ( no hair on the sides or back) with only hair left on top. She shaved my head!!! Now I am left to hide out until my hair can grow out. I look like a soldier who just got his hair buzzed. I am so embarrassed by my haircut I could cry. I will never go to The Salon House on Lincoln Way in Massillon Ohio again. Short, tight on the sides and back, very untouched - messy and very uneven on the top with no blend or feather with what he has just cut on the sides. When questioned about it, he makes excuses, he blames other things or conditions on the reasons he can't or won't be able to deliver what the customer wants in a haircut. I am an older gentleman and like a regular, tapered mans haircut. One that has been the industry standard since the turn of the 19th century. I am very disappointed and I will not return!
