I already had short hair and just wanted it given a layered look without losing too much length. By the time the hairdresser was done I had a man's cut ( no hair on the sides or back) with only hair left on top. She shaved my head!!! Now I am left to hide out until my hair can grow out. I look like a soldier who just got his hair buzzed. I am so embarrassed by my haircut I could cry. I will never go to The Salon House on Lincoln Way in Massillon Ohio again. No sense in going back for a correction cut because I don't even have a half inch of hair on my sides and back clear up to my crown!!! So disappointed!!!

So when I tell you that I've been going to this barber shop for 20 years, you better believe that it's something special. The barbers here are friendly, upfront, and great at what they do. Seriously, the barbers here are probably the only people I'll ever trust to cut my hair, especially after my weed smoking grandad scarred me for life by giving me a bald spot in the back of my head as a kid. Lol jokes aside, this place is awesome. Anywhere else is a waste of time.

Curly girls can feel me when I say I don't want to spend money again on a product that won't work for me. Anyway, she stopped and asked if I needed help, then sent over Miranda (the salon hairdresser), who was able to direct me. After that, Miss Shavonne helped me around the rest of the store. She honestly feels like shopping with a best friend -- not pushy, simply funny and informative. She feels like a memory of when you're young, shopping for makeup before going out with your friends. Pure vibes. She is a wonderful light, and I'll be back to give her all my money. Lol
