I called Memphis Roofing and spoke with the owner. He was booked solid for several days out, but was concerned about my situation because more storms were coming that evening. He promised to get me fixed later that day and he did. The person he dispatched went into my attic and found where the hole was. He went to my roof and patched it with metal sheeting. I had some extra roof tiles and he installed them and removed a lot of tree debris from my roof. It rained hard that night and not a drip got in to the house. I believe the costs for the repair was very reasonable as well. I really appreciate their concern , their help, and the results.

It was my luckiest day when David called me back. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and effective in solving my problem. He showed up and repaired my roof very quickly. He even followed up with me weeks after job completed to make sure my roof no longer leaks after the rains. He is genuinely kind hearted, most reliable and noble! I can't thank David enough for all his help. I wish I could give him 100 stars if Yelp allows. He is the best!

One call to Darian and he was out and doing an estimate, he came up with a very reasonable price, and we agreed on the quote. His team showed up within days and fixed our issue with some very sturdy railroad ties that will probably outlast the house. We had one small issue with the pile to be picked up by the city and one phone call was all it took to make it right. This project was so successful that we asked him to bring an old in-ground sprinkler system back to life and he had someone out to check it out very quickly. After a quick estimate we agreed to the price and that project went from start to done within a few days. If you need a team you can trust then Hermosa Landscaping is who you need to call.

When I made the first phone call, he was able to see my roof (with google Earth) and got a preview of the job. The owner came out the next day, and spent a considerable amount of time inspecting the roof, and explaining every aspect of what this job would entail. I didn't know to ask about these details so I was very impressed and learned a lot about roofs. The shingle we chose is a high wind and impact resistance type, which saves me a considerable amount on my homeowners' insurance. I appreciate the honesty, expertise, and the fantastic price. The work crew was very respectful and careful of the landscaping and with clean up. The roof is steep and measures over 90 squares so it was a big undertaking, but they completed it in 2 days. The look of my house is greatly elevated by the appearance of this architectural shingle. I really appreciate their work which exceeded any expectation I had starting out.

I finally spoke to one guy who requested I take pictures of my backyard to send to him which I did. And then I never heard back again. He never called me back which is odd. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or unorganized but it should not take multiple calls over and over to get someone to come out. At this point we will use another contractor as this is probably an indicator of how they do business. Unresponsive to customers.
