Awful business with terrible customer service. Just downright rude (specifically Geek Squad). Was belittled just for being a woman and, when I clearly explained the issue, I was told in various ways I was too dumb to understand before he turned to baby based metaphors as if that would help prove his point. I explained a few times incase he was not hearing it correctly, but turns out he just had no care in the world. Downright horrible experience and it left me never wanting to come back or give my business to this place. And, as it turns out, their advice was totally wrong and the woman who was too dumb to understand was absolutely right. If you want valuable advice and care? Do not visit. Worst location and customer service ever! But then again the full Best Buy bussiness is a joke. On hold 5 times. And hour to get through to no one who could answer my question. Lost my labtop. Tells me it'll be 2-3 days and it's 7-10 bussiness days to be fixed. Get it back and it's still not fixed. They also shipped my labtop to my door step after telling me it would be shipped back to the store location. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Had multiple issues with an online order and tried dealing with their delivery department and then their customer service after that (by the way, the customer service phone number is 1-866-514-1431 since they don't post it anywhere on their website or on their emails - unless they want/expect you to call them to deal with an issue). Apparently this company deals in emails and emails only. They don't value their customers enough to pick up the phone to resolve issues. Their customer service staff continually interrupted me and then continued to talk over me. When I asked to speak with a manager (actually to be honest, I demanded to speak to a manager at that point) I was put on hold for a few minutes and then told no one would be available to discuss this issue with me. I asked to be followed up with by a manager and was then talked over AGAIN. Needless to say, we will not be dealing with this company again. For what my opinion is worth to you, I recommend steering clear and maybe just paying the extra to purchase from a local business who actually WANTS your business and will work to earn it. read more

I used to shop at this location when it was Futureshop but now that it's Best Buy, it's the worst customer service I've ever come across, waited at the til for about 10 minutes to pay and the only person to walk behind it tried to ignore me and walk past. When I asked for help, I was rudely told someone else was responsible for the til. Other people working just stood around bored and staring. Won't buy from this store again read more
