After Christmas, I needed to return merchandise to BB. I was told that the 30 days delay for returning merchandise was over and nothing could be done. I asked if I could exchange the unneeded merchandise against a credit voucher . The answer was stern and negative. I tried to argue and plead my cause. The manager stubbornly refused any kind of accommodation, going as far as lying and pretending that the computer system would not allow that. I left, obviously unhappy. I then went to the Ottawa store. The clerk said that she could not reimburse, but after obtaining approbation from her manager , she produced a gift card for the amount of the returned merchandise. It took five minute, all of this with a smile... So I lost one hour of driving, but got honest and pleasant service, in Ottawa. Guess where I will never shop again? read more
