Great customer service, clean and organized store plus excellent pricing...lots of selection too!

Sent in a laptop for repair. Came back in a large box with zero packing with eletrical box flying around like a clothes dryer. Everything broken. It was in wifes name and they upsold her from the $1700 they would give us for the destroyed computer to a $3400. After 6 months it crashed on every program. took it in they updated and put in the wrong bad driver and sent me home. never asked my name or if i was a member. We took it back to the store in person 20+ times, had contact with them 40+ times, had it shipped to BC 3 times, had not one but two remote sessions where both techs asaid it was a lemon and should go back to the store to have it replaced. The store determined after having 6 of their best expert tech condemn it tha it is a small game that is the proble. the techs stripped everything off the hard drive and only installed Firefox. Every program crashed and with out the game ever being installed. Its not the game and the remote techs both said its a lemon and should be replaced. It has now been over FOUR MONTHS and i still dont have working computer. THIEVES! CON MEN! You cant call their stores. they cant ccall their stores or deptartments. They have no customer service to complain or settle a claim. IF YOU EVER WANT TO USE YOUR PURCHASED PRODUCT DO NOT BUY IT FROM THIS MOB! BAD BUY! wORSE BUY. GEEK SQUAD CAN FIX NOTHING. When you give your computer to geek Squaad and they take it thru their little door its just a mail room where they ship it to BC to hopefully be fixed. You are better off to buy from Amaazon and have it show up at your door and if there is a problem ship it back and get another in a few days NOT 4 MONTHS! Leaches! BOYCOTT BEST BUY!!!!!! read more

Terrible service. I have a disability and had to go to back corner and then wait for service. No consideration to their customers.

I placed a new printer on hold for pick up. When I went in to get this I spoke to a salesman, Gary, who was very helpful and I ended up buying a different printer because of his advise. Gary was a very professional and genuine. read more

The staff are friendly but like most sales people - they flock to you as soon as you enter the building. I went in to buy a fitbit and was greeted by one of their hourly staff. I asked where the fitbit stuff was and they were a little confused as to what a fitbit was. I explained the basic concept and they told me where the " wrist watch step tracker" was. As I was checking the product out, a commission sales guy came over and started talking about the fitbit aria scale. Since I like to do extensive research before buying a product, I started to quiz the sales person. Any question that I asked, I was always right.. For example I asked if my jawbone up would sync with this fitbit scale (I already knew from research that it wouldn't), but was told it "definitely would". Then the warranty pitch came. Thankfully a quick decline was all it took and the sales person quickly left after he helped me decide between white and black (thanks bro!). read more

Everything is organized and easy to find. In my experience there is always staff around to help. My experience seems to be very different from Trevor's. I find they say hello and ask if u need help and if u don't need anything they leave u be...but if you do need something there is always someone near by you can approach and ask them if they don't ask you at the exact moment you need them. I recently bought an iPhone there and the girls were super helpful in explaining everything (I'm not very techy so they had to show my how to work the phone) now I love my iPhone and iPad they've got me convinced! read more

this store has an awesome policy when it comes to returns and customer satisfaction. I Bought a dyson vacuum on boxing day took it home try 'd it out diffident like that specific model took it back on boxing day and they had no problem trading it in and refunding me the difference. second time i went in for a home theatre system the sales man Brandon was knowlagable and dident seem pushy. I walked out happy that day id say 1/2 the time i walk out happy and the other 1/2 of the time i just take what ever it was i got back and get my money back lol read more

After waiting for help for 45 minutes we left. None of the sales people came to help and we went in search of a laptop else where. When we asked for help they did not interact with us and quickly left us. 1 star for their wide selection. read more

The only reason that I shop there is if I am desperate. Why is it when you just go in to look, the sales people are all over you like stink on a skunk, but when you actually need some help with something they are nowhere to be found because they are texting each other. I went in to buy an Xbox 360 a few weeks ago and I couldn't find anyone to help me and then when someone did come and help me he didn't have a key to unlock a 360 for me so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to round up a key. My other recent experience was I came in to buy a white iphone, and I check to make sure that it was white and the girl that was helping me said that she was sure that it was white. So we started the long process of getting me signed up on Rogers. Everything was finally done and she handed me a black iphone. I asked her to cancel everything and walked away. What a waste of 20 minutes. Being that there is not much option for electronics stores in Medicine Hat I may be back, but not if I can help it, at all costs. read more
