I would put 0 star if I could. I don't know since when and how customer service in this store has become so bad and rude but what I experienced today was something I've never seen before. I ordered a bluetooth speaker online and got it delivered. The price was $161.64 tx included. A few days later, I noticed its price dropped by $40 and I chatted with the online customer service who agreed to put a credit of $40+tx back to my credit card. The amount of $45.99 was actually deposited in my credit card account 2 days later. So the total price I paid for the purchase was $115.65 I went to the store located in Centre Laval to return the speaker because I this one isn't powerful enough for my needs and I've got a bigger and more expensive one. I provided all the information including the receipt to the lady working at customer service counter but for whatever reason I don't know, she wasn't able to process it and that, for about 20 minutes. Finally, another lady came in and got things done in a few minutes. However, when she showed me the refund amount, it's $114.96 which is less than what I paid. When I asked her why it's different, she said it couldn't be and when I showed her their difference, guess what, she answered "oh, that should be the eco fee but we already refunded your purchase". That's the 1st time ever a customer service representative let me know that you have to pay the eco fee even though you returned the whole thing in its original packaging! Wow !!! read more

Again I come in storento ask about gopro camera and can't get anyone to assist. I was going to buy another ps4 console, 55inch TV, and camera. But due to the poor or lack of customer service I just left everything and went home disappointed again. Guess as much as I hate waiting a day when I want something it's back to Amazon. read more

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THERE ! This company is honestly the worst ever. They sell you a product that is lemon. They have their lemon policy when you "purchase" an extended warranty, but we all know that even if they fix and breaks again it does take a while for it to break two more time (the compressor of the refrigerator that is a lemon). 3 times in 5 years. My other refrigerator (NOT FROM BESTBUY) has been going for 20 years and never broke once. Then when you ask to speak to a supervisor at GEEK squad. She (Bibianna) takes forever and places you on hold to come back ans say you warranty expired last year. The repair they did isn't even on warranty. They puts you on hold again for over 20 minutes and she comes back to say that no supervisor is available and he will call you back in 24 hours. This was an LG refrigerator with the ice maker. BUY ANYWHERE, NOT BESTBUY ! Buy from trusted sellers that do know appliances... Not this company that doesn't deserve our money ! read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. Buying electronic IRL feels like a throwback for me. But, when a deal is good, you take it. The laptop I coveted was 150$ off so I decided to go and have a look around. I'm Glad I did, because I could have a feel of the thing before buying it. Also once home I discovered a dead pixel so, I will have to go back. Which is a pain, but, never like waiting days for your laptop, find the dead pixel, ship it back aaaannd wait again. As I said earlier, I was surprised by the floor personnel. When we had a question, they had answer, but no hard-sell talk. Particularly when we bought the laptop. The cashier just ask us if we needed help or anti-virus. No sell talk. I was happy. The selection is huge and correspond to their website. read more

Worst service I ever had. Workers there got a huge attitude for no apparent reason. They will talk about respect like if we owe them that when they treat you like garbage. Anyways garbage location, good customer service at 0% and employees acting like they own the store or their family owns it. Not recommended to go there. If you need to go to Best Buy go to the one at Marche Central at least they got respect. read more

This has nothing to do with the store itself but beware of where you park in this parking lot!!! My sister and I passed by last Sunday to purchase a pair of headphones. We were in the store for a maximum of 15 minutes. To our surprise, when we were walking back to our car, 3 men were standing close to our car. I started the car to make them aware that we were coming, and they jumped into their own car and drove away. Getting closer to my car, I realized the sound was off... I'm not a big fan of Best Buy and in particular this location. Rarely have I been asked to be helped and often their price-tag is simply not competitive to online options.They recently decorated the place with a new design that I'm not a fan of. The walls are too high as it's difficult to find the section you're looking for. read more

Wow! What a difference between my old, Lasalle location and this one. Top notch service, staff that are actually around and can help you! Love it! Clean, well stocked store, looks brand new inside. Staff were friendly, smiling and willing to assist me find my stuff. Still blows me away! Great parking available. read more
