Dear Patrick, I'm unable to respond directly to your comment so I'll leave it here…read more We were instructed to put together boxes labeled by table number with decorations and directions/pictures on how we wanted them. We were told the decorations would be put on the tables by your team and the tear down/set up of the room would be taken care of by Russo's staff. That may not be what is on the written contract but it is 100% what my fiance and I were told. Which is why we put together boxes and a binder to be organized and helpful. I have never spoken to you so I'm not sure how you know what was discussed with us and what was not. I stated above the communication prior to our wedding day was horrendous and it was very hard to get questions answered. Maybe if communication had been better any confusion on expectations could have been cleared up. Aside from that, if you had properly read my review you would have comprehended that my complaint was not with the fact that your staff didn't set out the decorations, but with the fact they didn't communicate that they weren't going to until 10 minutes before the reception started. As I stated above my mother showed them the boxes, decorations and binder before the cocktail hour started and the staff member agreed with my mother that they would set it out. If it wasn't in the contract and they weren't planning on doing that then that was the opportunity to let that be known. However, they waited until 10 minutes before and that made us run 40 minutes behind schedule. To address your comment that the outside bar closed and the inside one opened... how were my guests supposed to get to the inside bar while they were at the outdoor cocktail hour? They could not enter because my mother and bridal party were setting up the inside of the building. Therefore my guests were outside with a closed bar while the bartender was at an empty inside bar for 40 minutes.

Artistic Affairs was wonderful at helping us create our vision. The food was fantastic and the service was seamless. In addition, they offered phenomenal appetizers -- SO good -- pressed watermelon and feta, Gus' pretzels and white cheddar dip, chicken pot stickers, a cheese/apple/honey baguette. Although we went with the burger bar, they do also offer more traditional catering as well -- they have an incredibly expansive menu. Also they had a great price point compared to competitors in the area -- about half the cost of some other quoted prices.

We were planning a holiday gathering for family and friends when I learned about Lillian Judith…read moreCatering. Thank goodness!! Stephanie worked closely with us to determine the menu. Because our guests had a lot of food issues - gluten, nut and dairy it was a real challenge! Stephanie carefully curated a menu that hit all of our requirements. In addition, because we live out of town for most of the year, our decorations, holiday plates and whatnot were quite limited. Stephanie put my fears to rest by assuring me she'd take care of all the details. As the day of the party dawned, we had the place all cleaned up and ready. Stephanie and Mary arrived about an hour before the guests and set to work transforming our little place into a festive, inviting party spot. We had holiday cocktails and mocktails, delicious heavy appetizers and desserts that were out of this world. Stephanie literally thought of everything. All the food was labeled so our guests could choose foods that were best for their food sensitivities. At the end of the party they gathered everything up, helped set aside uneaten food for later consumption and left with very little for us to other than sweep the floor and fall into bed after a very fun and satisfying gathering of friends. When I compare their menu to other caterers, it becomes clear that they are targeting a normal crowd of folks who are having lunch catered before they get back to work. Let's Do Lunch, on the other hand, offers healthy, well-portioned options at a great price. There are just enough items to choose from, and you don't have to comb through a giant menu.
