If you pay close attention to these "positive reviews" and to the owner's replies to legitimate reviews, you will notice a glaring similarity. These people, as you click on their profile, will instantly raise eyebrows. No profile picture? No friends? Little other reviews? Hmmm. Didn't do a great job covering your tracks. The butchered grammar jumps out in numerous "5 star reviews"- guess who also exhibits poor grammar in their replies? That's right! The owner. Please, please- if you are considering this business, think long and hard. Do you want a company who adds fake 5 star reviews in order to displace the much more ACCURATE 1 star reviews the owner has so rudely engaged in biting repartee with? Upon contact with customer service, it is fairly clear that the same ugly attitude is present in both the owner and the person texting you. Are they one and the same? I'd bet money on it! The "customer service" employee will make the refund process an absolute ORDEAL. They will insist that you were in the wrong, that it's your fault; even when this company has so clearly been the one in the wrong, they will REFUSE to admit fault. I had to repeat myself NUMEROUS times to get a refund, each time the employee would answer with unsavory and frankly insolent remarks. I was becoming very worried that they would just try to keep my money! Apparently she hasn't worked in customer service very long. You're supposed to treat clients with respect, to listen to their grievances, even if you don't agree with them. That's the job. There is no excuse to try and intiate an argument with rude comments as the owner has- just take a quick glance at her replies to negative reviews to get a taste of the contempt you can be treated to here. If this is the type of absolutely execrable behavior I can expect from employees of this FACADE, do you really want your child driving alone with them? For your sake and for the sake of your child, do not listen to whatever nasty comment the owner puts under this, do not listen to the hideous lies she has churned out, nor the countless fake reviews she has produced to try and cover up the REAL rating that they deserve: 1 STAR. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Precision Driving School. I reached out to them to inquire about availability, and they advised me to go ahead and sign up for the course. I trusted their guidance, paid the $499, and registered. However, once I accessed the site, I discovered that nothing was available--no appointments, no course times--nothing. I followed up with the company and was told they were going through an audit and that nothing would be available for several months. This was never disclosed before I paid. I politely asked for a refund, and instead of processing it, they made the process incredibly difficult. I provided screenshots of their website showing there were no available slots. Their response? They could "reach out when something becomes available." I let them know I'd prefer a refund at that point, which they initially agreed to--but then they refused to process it. The only way I was able to get my money back was by filing a dispute with my credit card company. Throughout the entire process, their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I've used Precision Driving School in the past for my oldest daughter and had a great experience, so I expected the same level of service as a returning customer. Sadly, that wasn't the case. It was frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly felt like they were holding my money hostage. I had a great experience. I chose the car rental for driving test option as well as taking a two hour behind the wheel lesson. I must admit that I learned so much from my lessons. Whenever I did make a mistake, it would be calmly clarified there and then. Later in the lesson the scenario would appear again to reinforce the learning. I also found their receptionist very helpful. When I first called I was concerned that it would be complicated to book the car and then get a matching test date with the DMV but she just asked me for a suitable date range and then booked the test with the DMV for me. read more

Excellent experience with A precision Driving School. Very prompt with appointments. Instructor Ken was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. My daughter picked up her driving skills and road rules very fast through Ken's methodical teaching and guidance. Ken was able to summarize improvement areas at the end of each of each lesson and this was very helpful for her to practice in our own car ahead of the next lesson. Went for driving test on 2/26 and cleared it in first attempt. More than the first attempt clearing, it is always the way of you approach to your instructors and how they respond to you. And I got a privilege to learn from Raj in all my sessions. She is too patient and doesn't scold you even for the smallest of the mistake you commit. I am so happy to have learned from this school. The instructors over there are really good. But booking an appointment with them is herculean task. Not so easy that you get sessions. So plan as early as possible and book your session. read more
