As a parent, safety is my biggest concern, and I wanted to make sure my daughters understood how to drive safely, so I decided to try one lesson with East Bay Driving School. They told me they learned more in one lesson with East Bay Driving School than they did in three lessons with the other school. That really impressed me. The instructors helped build their confidence and understanding of the road. Now that my youngest needs driving lessons, I came back to East Bay Driving School without hesitation. Their customer service is excellent, they are responsive, and they communicate in a timely manner. I highly recommend East Bay Driving School to any parent looking for a driving school that genuinely cares about teaching students to be safe and confident drivers. As a parent, knowing my kids are learning the right way gives me peace of mind!

If you schedule lessons from this school, I highly recommend requesting Ken, as he truly knows how to guide students, builds your confidence, and treats people with respect. Unfortunately, my experience with Raj (Rajwant Kaur) was extremely disappointing. While constructive feedback is part of learning, her approach was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She crossed a major line by making disrespectful and hurtful comments regarding my parents and my upbringing. Furthermore, she seemed significantly more focused on her vehicle and the school's reputation over actually teaching and guiding students. Her behavior was completely unacceptable, and I do not recommend taking lessons with her.

One of my children had her behind-the-wheel test at a DMV with tough driving conditions. BJ drove her to this location on every driving lesson (a 45 minutes drive in traffic) so that she got familiar with the pedestrian and traffic patterns. Thanks to BJ's patience and upbeat attitude both my children aced their behind-the-wheel tests on the first try. You are a star, BJ! Thank you. Kelly is very customer-oriented and follows through on her commitments. She is a scheduling wizard. One of her driving-test vehicles developed an engine problem the night before my daughter was to take her test. Kelly got a substitute vehicle driven in from Sacramento to the Bay Area the next day to ensure my daughter would still make her testing appointment at the DMV. Kelly saved the day and my daughter passed the test. My impression from my interactions with Tri-Valley Driving School (Kelly is one of the owners) is the company values the customer experience and less about the money. I recommend Tri-Valley to anyone seeking a good combination of driving instructors and a great experience scheduling classes and driving tests for young, first-time drivers.

Consistently became unavailable to follow-through on our scheduled time and we can to accommodate last minute another time that would work for them. Lack of communication - I had to follow-up several times before the appointment date to confirm the time and that's when they would propose another time. Final straw - My child had his last 2hr session yesterday and they did not provide him with a certificate of completion. When I texted asking about it, they just responded with "U dint told driver during lesson" and that was it. What does that mean? Are we not getting the certificate of completion? I have attempted to call them 3 times today and texted them multiple times to get a definitive response regarding my child's certificate. Correction- someone there finally responded and confirmed that my son has the certificate that they attached to his permit so I'll acknowledge and add 1 additional star but it was a simple request. I have no clue what my child's suppose to get since we're new to this and the person I was in contact with couldn't/didn't respond to any thing.

We left when the CHILDREN started introducing the songs politically and the parents likely weren't in agreement (only one person in the packed out audience clapped). That ruined it. This was supposed to be a celebration of San Ramon's kid's achievements. Politics??? Really? Politics weren't what these parents were here for. More importantly politics are not appropriate when the kids are too young to have strong discernment between what their teachers are telling them to say and what they are seeking to understand and cultivate for themselves. Because they're kids and they're getting a cool opportunity to perform, they might even be too intimidated to refuse to say it ...which is straight up exploitation. School of Rock: please don't manipulate our kids that way, stay in your lane. Parents: be advised that you will not be your child's only moral influence when you send them to this music school. They don't just grow talent. They tell them what to believe and you might not agree.
