These people, as you click on their profile, will instantly raise eyebrows. No profile picture? No friends? Little other reviews? Hmmm. Didn't do a great job covering your tracks. The butchered grammar jumps out in numerous "5 star reviews"- guess who also exhibits poor grammar in their replies? That's right! The owner. Please, please- if you are considering this business, think long and hard. Do you want a company who adds fake 5 star reviews in order to displace the much more ACCURATE 1 star reviews the owner has so rudely engaged in biting repartee with? Upon contact with customer service, it is fairly clear that the same ugly attitude is present in both the owner and the person texting you. Are they one and the same? I'd bet money on it! The "customer service" employee will make the refund process an absolute ORDEAL. They will insist that you were in the wrong, that it's your fault; even when this company has so clearly been the one in the wrong, they will REFUSE to admit fault. I had to repeat myself NUMEROUS times to get a refund, each time the employee would answer with unsavory and frankly insolent remarks. I was becoming very worried that they would just try to keep my money! Apparently she hasn't worked in customer service very long. You're supposed to treat clients with respect, to listen to their grievances, even if you don't agree with them. That's the job. There is no excuse to try and intiate an argument with rude comments as the owner has- just take a quick glance at her replies to negative reviews to get a taste of the contempt you can be treated to here. If this is the type of absolutely execrable behavior I can expect from employees of this FACADE, do you really want your child driving alone with them? For your sake and for the sake of your child, do not listen to whatever nasty comment the owner puts under this, do not listen to the hideous lies she has churned out, nor the countless fake reviews she has produced to try and cover up the REAL rating that they deserve: 1 STAR. Are they such a "respectable establishment", as the owner says, if you present your business with such mendacity and discourteous behavior?

We scheduled a lesson two hours before my test, and he let me practice the test route 7-8 times. He even took me inside to the dmv in Stoneridge and helped guide me through the process. Awesome instructor! He reviewed all my car parts required for the test and helped correct my form. He was there even after his scheduled time was over and genuinely cared whether I passed. Thanks to him, I passed on my first try. My other instuctor was BJ and I was not very satisfied with her as she would stress me out and if I did something wrong she would put me down. I was anxious and all the reviews said she was good but my experience was the opposite.

Consistently became unavailable to follow-through on our scheduled time and we can to accommodate last minute another time that would work for them. Lack of communication - I had to follow-up several times before the appointment date to confirm the time and that's when they would propose another time. Final straw - My child had his last 2hr session yesterday and they did not provide him with a certificate of completion. When I texted asking about it, they just responded with "U dint told driver during lesson" and that was it. What does that mean? Are we not getting the certificate of completion? I have attempted to call them 3 times today and texted them multiple times to get a definitive response regarding my child's certificate. Correction- someone there finally responded and confirmed that my son has the certificate that they attached to his permit so I'll acknowledge and add 1 additional star but it was a simple request. I have no clue what my child's suppose to get since we're new to this and the person I was in contact with couldn't/didn't respond to any thing.

Well, the classroom chairs were highschool-like desk/chair combo seats. Very small and very uncomfortable (as other smaller people told me). My leg couldn't even fit halfway in. I had to sit on an office chair in the back and pulled a desk, backwards, towards me for a writing surface. Pretty embarrassing. Please consider having single tables and chairs for those of us that need a bit more room. 8 hours slouching and my back is aching today...
