The brakes on our 2011 Subaru Outback failed while we were on vacation in the Portsmouth-Kittery area about 10 days ago. They started making an awful grinding noise so we pulled over and did a google search for repair shops. Luckily, we found Best Automotive which was about a mile from where we pulled over. We nursed the car there and Mac and the office manager, whose name I forget, were able to diagnose the problem and get the brake pads and calipers replaced in a short amount of time.
