I do not recommend exchanging here. This is a scam! They have very high hidden service percent charge. They will try to go to the highest rate possible. The exchange rate displayed means nothing. Example: if change rate is $1.38 per euro. The shop rate will be around $1.45 per euro plus they will changer a 20% service fee and fixed fee of 8.9 euros. This place needs to be shut down. Total false advertisement about their "fees" and the bank "teller" will advise that you withdrawal more money than intended. Funny how my receipt said $18 cheaper than my bank account summary. When I asked the "teller" about the fees, she suddenly forgot how to speak English. RIPOFF!! Came in to exchange told the teller the amount and she promised me the best rate and gave me a great rate, so I gave her my money and before I knew it, she had given me a receipt to sign. BUT, I realized that it was a few hundred euros shorter than I calculated, after I asked her that there must be some mistake!? She told me that they take 19.9% service fee!! I ended up losing almost 300 euro!! Before signing, I asked if I can cancel the transaction, she refused!! Lesson learned! read more

Never never change your money here. They don't tell you that they have a 19.9% fee plus another 10 euro on every translation above and beyond the advertised exchange rate. If you don't ask they won't tell you this. We got charged almost $24 fee for every $100 dollars we changed! The owner is horrible and won't let you cancel the transaction even if you haven't signed the receipt yet. read more
