Buyer beware!!!! Post great exchange rate in huge font (surprisingly good) and post service fee in 6 pt font in few places. Total rip off, rude, won't give your money back. Please don't do it! read more

Stay clear. $0.72 on the dollar. Avoid at all cost. This was to get their "better" rate. Complete ripoff.

Total RIPOFF!!!!! These people are con artists! Hidden fees and we didn't even have our money and they refused to cancel the transaction! There will be a special place for these people! I don't know how they look themselves in the mirror. read more

I do not recommend exchanging here. This is a scam! They have very high hidden service percent charge. They will try to go to the highest rate possible. The exchange rate displayed means nothing. Example: if change rate is $1.38 per euro. The shop rate will be around $1.45 per euro plus they will changer a 20% service fee and fixed fee of 8.9 euros. Do the math this is completely unreasonable transactions. read more

This place needs to be shut down. Total false advertisement about their "fees" and the bank "teller" will advise that you withdrawal more money than intended. Funny how my receipt said $18 cheaper than my bank account summary. When I asked the "teller" about the fees, she suddenly forgot how to speak English. Thankfully I have a good bank that I was able to call immediately and dispute said "fees". FYI, we discovered the atms all over Florence have a very minimal fee if that! read more

This was the worst experience we encountered in Florence. I only wish I was told about the fee ahead of time. DON'T EVER USE THIS PLACE!!!! I had to choose a star...no option for zero stars read more

Never never change your money here. They don't tell you that they have a 19.9% fee plus another 10 euro on every translation above and beyond the advertised exchange rate. If you don't ask they won't tell you this. We got charged almost $24 fee for every $100 dollars we changed! The owner is horrible and won't let you cancel the transaction even if you haven't signed the receipt yet. read more

RIPOFF!! Came in to exchange told the teller the amount and she promised me the best rate and gave me a great rate, so I gave her my money and before I knew it, she had given me a receipt to sign. BUT, I realized that it was a few hundred euros shorter than I calculated, after I asked her that there must be some mistake!? She told me that they take 19.9% service fee!! I ended up losing almost 300 euro!! Before signing, I asked if I can cancel the transaction, she refused!! Lesson learned! read more

This place is a scam!!!!! They took 40 Swiss francs and charged me over 50% in fees and gave me back about 23 Euros. They refused to hand me back my money and my passport. This place should be shut down by the authorities!!!! They charged me even more than the fine print (which is 19% fee plus other fees) and she refused to give me my money back. A total fraud! read more
