A coworker recommended Koca and this is my first experience with a chiropractor. I have had an overall positive experience here, not only with Dr. Koca himself but several other staff members. I cannot match Dr. Koca's energy in the morning, but I appreciate it: I mainly see Dr. Koca but have also seen Dr. P, Dr. L, and Dr. F. Grace is my favorite to see in the morning, she is always so welcoming and kind. I also feel seen and heard by her. After about a month of adjustments, my back and neck have been feeling better each week. I appreciate the treatment I get each week and having less and less back pain each week to manage. The only feedback I have to give is that I am science-driven in my thinking, and I wish more information were provided for check-ups concerning treatment plans on this throughout my treatment. I understand that these practices come as natural though to most practitioners, and there is a lot of information given at the beginning of the treatment process. Still, more information throughout the treatment would be excellent and why decisions are made. Overall, wonderful first experience and I am happy that I can see the crew early in the morning before work to be adjusted!

Had been to a Chiropractor before, and saw that her office was close, so I made an appointment to get checked out and see if she could help. Jasmine was fantastic at setting up an appointment that fit my schedule, and Dr. Jessica was very thorough in evaluating my condition and setting up a treatment plan. After the first adjustment I felt worlds better, but the pain and numbness would continue to return periodically, between appointments. I didn't think that it was ever going to go away completely, but after some discussion on what I could do at home to help reduce the potential inflammation, and follow up visits to get my alignment back in place, I can honestly say that after about a month, the pain was gone, and I have been pain free since. I recommend Dr. Jessica for anyone who is having any kind of pain. She is open to working on any type of ailment, and is not opposed to recommending Western type Medical Doctor should she not be able to relieve your pain successfully. As for me, I will continue to go to Dr. Jessica for continued maintenance to remain pain free, that's a fact!

I've seen too many of these fail and was determined to TRY and live with the pain which was becoming more difficult. I broke my neck many years ago and had a chiropractor that was always able to help me with my pain from that. Unfortunately he passed away. Then my major back problems started. Went to another chiropractor that basically just took my money. Never alleviated any of my pain and didn't adjust me the way I was used to being adjusted. Then a friend offered a suggestion to go to Sarpy Chiro. I was assured the type of adjustments they did was similar to what my old chiro did. I'm so glad I went. I was in such bad shape that it did take a few months of adjustments to get me to where the pain was at least tolerable. Can I run laps or walk for blocks now...no...however I no longer sit on the couch 24/7 with tears of pain running down my face wishing I would stop breathing!! Thank you Dr. White and Dr. Brazda!!!
