This small family run business have a fantastic choice of beautiful fabrics and blinds in the shop and are happy to visit your property and provide free estimates. They may not necessarily be the cheapest but I do think they offer good value for the investment. Lynda really took ownership of the project. She helped me to make selections, gave thoughtful and insightful advice taking into account our objectives and budget, visited the site with me on several occasions and was always available for questions (even after hours or on weekends for urgent issues). They offer a home fitting service free of charge when they can measure up and offer you a variety of styles to suit your home. They have a huge choice of colours. Staff are extremely friendly. The shop is well presented although there is a lot of products crammed into quite a small shop.

Our blinds are stunning and so well finished but I think the whole experience was really made by the excellent customer service we received from Helen. She had only been in her job a couple of days when we first visited but was already extremely knowledgeable (not to mention patient as we had a hot sticky toddler in tow!). Her eye for matching fabric to our colour schemes was fantastic and whilst she certainly took on our views and preferences she also made some fabulous suggestions herself which we wouldn't have gone for and are so pleased now that we trusted her judgement. Throughout the sales process she was always on hand and never too busy to deal with my many calls.
