Things that, to us, set this team apart from any other: Taking the time to really listen to our story and get to know us as a couple, and then composing a ceremony that centered around our love and what it took to get where we were that day; Kerrie (literally) running down the aisle with our 4-year-old flower girl and 5-year-old ring bearer during rehearsal; Michael making sure that all of the tuxedo pant legs fit "just right" down on top of their FILA high-tops; Kerrie seeing my tears as I was getting ready to walk down the aisle and stopping to listen to me as I was bouncing up & down saying "It's here - it is finally here"; Kerrie making sure that our "older" parents didn't have to stay in the sun/heat too long; and Kerrie sitting on the floor behind my daughter while she gave her Maid of Honor speech. Please, if you have to use them, at least ask for Melissa, as she seems to be the only rep who answers the phone and (unfortunately) couldn't be my rep because I'd spoken with someone else on my first phone call. I'd much rather be writing a glowing review; hopefully they will step up in their customer service because it looks like they have some great products.
